A very light, fresh and comfortable duplex in the middle of picturesque village of Santa Luzia only 90 m from the water, and 2 km from Tavira. The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

After visiting busy tourist areas all day this is an oasis of calm. We found eating dinner here, overlooking orange groves preferable to busy restaurants. The proximaty of the local grocery store, with butcher deli counter a bonus.

We stayed in Sally's apartment for a week just before Easter and felt very at home there. The apartment is clean and uncluttered and has all the amenities necessary for a stay in Santa Luzia. The balcony is a great place to chill out and listen to the wild life in the natural grasslands opposite - at night you can hear the frogs chirping away. Sally is a great communicator and gives you all the information you need prior to your stay. We hope to return soon.

The apartment was exactly as described with all the amenities listed. The place was spotlessly clean and the AC was great when it was especially hot. The location is a very short walk to the restaurants and boat to the beach. An uber was usually only €4 to Tavira for more options. Manuela’s communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed and came in person for check in. Highly recommended.

A FANTASTIC VIEW

Booking was very easy with Isabelle and her place is amazing with beautiful views. The house is beautiful with everything you need for your stay and has beautiful views from the balconies. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance, shops with plenty of supplies, fish shops which sell the mornings catch cannot get much fresher and plenty of good restaurants and cafes, an excellent restaurant being 3 doors away. We hired bikes from Tavira which is easily walkable, there are plenty of excellent walking and cycling routes in the area with lots of birds including Flamingos and stunning beaches. Our stay was in November and we had beautiful weather. Isabelle's place is definitely worth visiting.
