I thought the service of the accommodation in general was very good, everything was very clean, the person who received us was excellent and all the staff, just one observation that the pool was not heated

It was a great experience, exceeded my expectations, place super clean and with all the things you need to enjoy a great day in secure clean and beautiful place. Definitely worth it!!!!

Nice stay, but I recommend verifying the status of how things are received as then it turns out that one supposedly leaves everything damaged, curtains, blender, everything…. Terrible.

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, it has a beautiful view and is very well organized and distributed. Very comfortable to go with the family, we had a great time and will definitely come back!

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

We stayed 1 night with my family, everything was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea. The facilities were as shown in the photos, everything in good condition. We also felt very safe during the stay.

A cozy place, with a spectacular view, we had an amazing time, the apartment is larger than we expected and has everything you need. A fascinating place to go with family or friends, the nice thing is the hospitality with which they welcome you in the lobby and we thought it was great that the building management gives you a free parasol on Chipipe beach.

We had a nice time with my family. We'll think about this place the next time we go to Punta Carnero.

Highly recommended place, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, all the amenities and it didn't lack anything at all. From sheets, towels and so on, to what is needed for cooking. Maritza gave us transportation numbers from the airport to the accommodation (Sarita), whom we also recommend using her service, as well as local transportation. Highly recommended

The house is very nice and super clean. Enough space for large families. You can have breakfast at the club, for super comfortable values.

The stay was very cozy and above all the outside area filled us with relaxation. Having breakfast outdoors was phenomenal. Inside, the house has all the comforts and technology. It is well located to be not only in Olon but to be able to visit Montañita or Ayampe. The hosts' responses were always immediate.

We had a great experience for the weekend. The house is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for lounging, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet environment. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. You can see the affection with which they maintain the place. Ideal for relaxing, sharing with family or friends. Would definitely go back!

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to spend a great weekend with family or friends. The development is very organised, clean, safe and has a social club with access to a private beach. The club has 2 large pools where you can appreciate the sea and has 3-4 heated jacuzzis to relax, they offer a very varied menu in the restaurant and they also have cocktails. Eduardo is super attentive to any need or request, very kind. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed it as a family.

We found everything in order and clean, we requested for 9 people and we were all comfortable, excellent place, very quiet to be with the family.
