Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santa Cruz do Sul

The place was beautiful, very organized and comfortable, well decorated, in a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood. We stayed 13 days and felt at home. Fernanda was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information. If we go back to Santa Cruz do Sul, we'll definitely stay there again!

The apê do Felipe and Ju are exactly the same as in the pictures and as described. It has a great interior space. Cozying room, with smart TV and wifi. Kitchen with excellent space, well equipped, with appliances and utensils. It has laundry with washer and dryer machine. It has water filter, it is difficult to find water filters on airbnb, generating a lot of savings in water purchase. Super spacious room with wardrobe, dresser, warm bedding and smelling. The mattress for me is a little softer than my usual, I prefer firmer mattress. But it is excellent, high quality. Bathroom with great space in the box. Gas water, super warm and with excellent pressure. I rented it for 36 days and the cost was so good for everything provided that I extended my lodging for another 30 days. The apê is extremely well located. In front of Miller and next to the pharmacy São João. It has an organic produce fair nearby. Prox. do Centro, 30min walking or 10 min uber (gives about 10 reais). Amei :)

Very new property and as described. Well-equipped with utensils and appliances. Very organized, clean and whimsical. If you need to stay in the city, I will certainly look for availability at this location.

We stayed one night with a family friend, we were 9 people in total. We arrived to rest in the middle of a long journey. The service was very good, Doroti was very helpful and attentive. Everything was very good. We would come back.

The house is very complete, pleasant, equipped and good astral. Very close to Unisc. To go to the center you need a car, but it is very quiet, less than 10 minutes. Zona very quiet, no noise, does not pass a car on the street practically.
