Gustavo is an excellent host, he gave us quite clear and accurate information, he was aware of our needs and his treatment is very friendly, his apartment has everything you need and the comforts to spend a quiet stay, the place is well distributed, organized and impeccable, it has a beautiful view towards the beach and you can rest listening to the sea, we had a great time and we love it. We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

The stay was amazing. The place is right in front of the sea, with a spectacular view that is enjoyed from any corner. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our entire visit. I would definitely come back!

The house is very spacious and what I liked was that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It's well located, 1 block from the beach. The only thing I would suggest to make it a divine place is that the pool be heated to enjoy it even when it's not so hot. Otherwise, it's very cozy

Mario's place is perfect, the club house pool loved it. The house was impeccable, and the terrace is the best, it has everything; my only recommendation is to put a TV with a high rack in the living room. I'll be back anyways 🙌🏻

We were 2 families with children, we had a spectacular time. The condominium is very family friendly with activities for the kids; the relaxing beach; the very tasty restaurant and the A1 house. Miguel Ángel was very attentive at all times, the house had everything you needed, as well as being very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for all your attention 🤍

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. From the date we came there was a little cold in the evenings, but good weather in general. There is plenty of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and utensils to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping is solved. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The good grill, we brought our own charcoal but had to use, I would recommend carrying lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to move to the boulevard of Asia easily, but in any case if there are Ubers who accept the trip,

Raul's place is amazing. Perfect location (5 min walk to the beach), ocean view is unbeatable, and it is close to restaurants in Punta Hermosa. I highly recommend it.

Ines is a very nice and attentive person, she was always on the lookout for us...before, during and after. Her house is a wonder, there is a tranquility and the spaces are spacious, the truth is that her house is much more wonderful than in the photographs, the area is very safe and easily accessible...if you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lima and recreate the view looking at the intense sea. I recommend it 1000 times and I will already schedule my stay at home again... thank you Ines for your attentions.

The house is beautiful. The very friendly host and the daily cleaning service was really helpful. Recommended! As the only criticism I would have to improve the rooms, but dsp of that everything was excellent!

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

The condominium staff is very friendly, always attentive. I had a mishap and the owners helped me solve it quickly, they are always attentive and very friendly. It looks small but it's enough to get away for a moment from the city with the family. I would recommend it

Alfredo is a good host, the house inside the condominium as described, first line of Puerto Viejo beach, tidy and clean, although strict in the rules of coexistence. The maintenance workers are very friendly and correct. would go again
