1 bedroom apartment. Although it´s ideal for a couple, it can accommodate a extra guest in the living room sofa-bed. Located in the center the newly World Heritage area, this apartment is the best starting point to discover the city of Coimbra. The university is a 5 minutes walk, and the city comercial area is a 1 minute walk. Small restaurants, fado houses, bars, a national museum and small groceries shops are all at hand. This family managed apartment is located at street level.

The apartment was the birth place of the watercolor painter Cunha Rocha (1932-2016). It was built in the 15th century against the city's defensive wall and later beyond the wall. It is still possible to identify the defense tower, where the kitchen is currently located.
