Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Santa Clara del Mar

The house is beautiful, very large and comfortable. Also the patio and garden. The environment is very quiet and relatively close to the beaches of the south (500mts from the entrance to the Faro beach). I think it's the best price-quality ratio in the area to stay 2 families.

The house was amazing, it was really fully equipped, it had everything, from all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, mate, to use the grill, etc., to extra blankets, board games. I was really surprised by that detail! It is even much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos, with a spectacular view and light, very comfortable, modern and with beaches nearby. It really was an incredible vacation and we hope to return because we were delighted! -The only detail would be that the internet connection was not very good and there were problems using the TV or working if you depend on that, to take into account but broadly a minor detail for the experience, Bianca was super attentive, friendly and with clear instructions for check-in. THANK YOU! :)

We loved everything! The house is divine! Everything is tasteful and clean. Very comfortable, well furnished, bright, good ventilation. Safe (it has an alarm). The neighborhood where it is is super quiet, zero noise. It has a huge and beautiful garden. The shower outside is very practical for getting rid of the sand. The beautiful gallery, you can see the sea and dreamy sunsets. It's 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, super family-friendly and pet-friendly. We went with our little dog and she was well received! It has an ice cream shop and chairs for the beach!! We were received with a 10! A beautiful experience in Chapadmalal.

Lilian’s place was amazing, we had a ton of fun and it felt just like being at home. Extremely well located, walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant and stores, the neighborhood was great. We didn’t want to leave the house, really nice BBQ place and outdoor seating + a magnificent garden. The kitchen was big and comfy and the rooms really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms made the place very convenient. Great common areas to hang out!! I will definitely try to go back to this place that exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks a lot Lilian for all your help and for being so flexible, congratulations on your amazing place!!

Highly recommended! Everything is as shown in the photos and in the publication. The house is really comfortable. The location is very good. If you have a car to get around, it's ideal. We went to spend the weekend and the truth is that the price is excellent. I went with my 1 and 3 year old children, I wanted to make sure it was a warm house. Not a single complaint, when we arrived the stove in the rooms was on! Everything is highly recommended, we will surely return soon. The hosts are very correct and kind. This accommodation is definitely one of my favorites.

Emiliano and Camila were great hosts, always responsive and very helpful, even organizing a taxi pickup for me when I was dropped off a bus at a random stop late at night. The house has a fireplace, which I enjoyed a lot, and a private patio. In a walking distance are grocery stores, laundries and some nice restaurants, directions to all of which Emiliano has sent to me once I've checked in. The town is great for surfing and taking long walks, definitely recommend as a peaceful getaway.

10/10 The apartment is as seen in the photos, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment comes very equipped, which facilitates the stay. I went with friends and it was truly a luxury! Fernando a genius, always available if we needed anything and the apartment gave it to us super clean! We recommend that they stay there, if they go with friends or family. The area is very good.

The experience was great from start to finish. The apartment is as shown in the photos and as described by the host: clean, comfortable, very well equipped and with an ideal location for walking both downtown and the beach. Everything was in perfect condition and you could see the care in every detail. The wifi worked smoothly, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The host was very responsive and always responded quickly and clearly. He gave us helpful recommendations about the area and made it easy to check in and check out without hassle. We would definitely come back. It was a stay that exceeded our expectations for how well it matched what I promised. Highly recommended.

Jorge Luis has a great peaceful place. all the basic necessities are covered. they take care of the home and live next door. making him very accessible. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet place without luxury. :)

The apartment is large, comfortable and very nice, it has a good balcony for a drink at night. Very good stay, the host was attentive to details, left for breakfast, shampoo and soap to bathe! She was also flexible with check-in times!!! I would definitely come back!!

Great in all respects. The distance from the beach and downtown was amazing, but the area where the house is was quite quiet. Lots of space and crockery for your use. Above all a great choice

Our stay at Bartolomeo was excellent! The house is beautiful and the location is very good: two steps from the Guemes and Olavarria shopping area. The parking spot is very convenient to park the car. Bartolomeo and his grandson Luca were always available for any questions or unforeseen events.

Top notch care, we were welcomed with an Argentine barbecue😋. The beautiful and spacious house in the best neighborhood in MDQ with a combination of tranquility and both restaurants and shops very close by. I definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

Beautiful house with spacious environments to enjoy a very good stay. It has a large park with a pool and all the necessary amenities to have fun. It's just as it looks in the photos. María was always attentive to our needs. It's a place to come back to.

We stayed here for 4 weeks, when we arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working, as it was 30+ degrees we needed it. She was very quick to try and get it repaired but it wasn’t possible, it was then replaced for a new AC unit the next day. Mariane was very prompt in replying to any questions we had and always had a resolution for any issues. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone Rose Miller 🇬🇧
