Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Catarina Island

Everything impeccable in Daniel's house, small mishaps (which are part of everyday life) were arranged in a few hours. Very close to the beach, quiet access, very quiet region at night. Township had a show downtown and could hardly be heard, even though it was so close to downtown. Super recommend in all respects

The house exactly matches the photos, we do not miss any items or utensils. Casa super clean and smells what pleases me very much. Perfect for a couple. Our dogs were super quiet in the space and safe, which was an extremely important factor for our stay to be fruitful, as we were able to leave and let them know they would be safe. Attentive and solicited hosts, we need a chair and sun umbrella and promptly arranged. The house faces the sea, accessible by a super easy sand passage, you sleep listening to the waves of the sea and dawn with the front sun. Quiosque with snacks and restaurant nearby.

I'd like to thank you for hosting. It is the second property that we rent from Jovania. We love the house. Very well located. Really foot in the sand, literally inside the beach. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen utensils. All brand new furniture. Exactly as the photos show. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Jovania's service is always great quick to respond to us and help with information. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.

Raquel as host was excellent, helpful answered quickly questions that had arisen and I no doubt recommend to the Casa the beach the accommodation, excellent space for privacy in an incredible leisure area, we intend to return myself and the friends who accompanied me.

The house was excellent, it is spacious, very complete and very well organized. Each space is designed to provide comfort and privacy, as the rooms are distributed as different apartments within the same property, which was perfect for us. We loved the house and we will definitely be back!

Loft very well located, has everything close by, excellent beach. We and our pets really enjoyed the place. Bianca our receptive helped us whenever we request. Let's go back for sure.

John was an excellent host! He was responsive and helpful when we encountered issues. The directions to get in were very clear, but after no sleep and 22 hours of travel, I still had trouble. He was patient and provided guidance. I would absolutely recommend John and his apartment to anyone looking to enjoy beautiful Floripa.

Everything impeccable. The place simplifies your stay in Florianopolis. It was our first time on the island and when traveling by car we arrived late; it was a solution to find that the condominium has a bar of simple dishes and very friendly people. Also there is a 24-hour pantry to buy what you have forgotten, although it is limited it takes you out of the hurry. The apartment is impeccable. Super comfortable and spacious. Daniel, super friendly and attentive to any setbacks that may arise. Both Daniel and the apartment is made of our visit a great trip. We will definitely be back.

The Complex is Excellent!

The house is beautiful, super comfortable. We were 8 adults and 6 kids, really very comfortable . All environments with Beautiful Ocean Views. Super equipped , even with games and beach clothes. Janine is a great host, always attentive. I would definitely go back.

Edgardo is a great host! The place and the stay exceeds expectations and they really want to stay longer! It has a very nice garden, the area is safe and quiet, with comfort as if one would be in their own home! A very classic location to get to know other places on the island!

We loved our stay at Maristela's house. Dety received us very well and was very kind. The house is very close to the beach which makes it easy to spend the day with the kids and come back if necessary several times. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to spend an incredible stay. We were 3 adults and 5 children and we were able to organize very well. Palmas is very quiet and family-friendly. The house is close to the mall. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The island's Ribeirão really is a piece of paradise on earth. The house was a find, the place is a peace, a tranquillity. A Rosana a candy, received us with coffee and a dumpling. All wonderful, wonderful days of sunshine, warm water, warm water. All perfect. The house is the true copy of the photos, next to the house a wonderful food kiosk. For those looking for PEACE in the holidays, this is the ideal place.

Excellent location, close to the beach which is a plus, the building is excellent, the apartment is new, quite well equipped, we just had to request some furniture and the repair of the luminaire. The cleanliness was excellent and Maira was very helpful and ready to solve all our requirements. Novo Campeche as always super cute!

Great choice for those planning to travel with family or friends to enjoy and rest.. It also offers various forms of entertainment, from game room to kayaks and stand up paddle board. The house is a little far from the center, but we went out so much in the day, to see other beaches, as the night for dinner, as the place is quiet and safe. We love it and recommend it!
