Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Catalina, Ponent District

Sehr tolles Airbnb, wir hatten sehr schöne Tage! Der Ausblick aus den zwei Balkone ist wunderschön. Vincente gibt einem genaue Anweisungen, damit man die Unterkunft super erreichen kann. ☺️

Maria’s home was perfect. She allowed us early check-in due to an early flight. Clean home, the most beautiful view of the blue ocean. Home was perfect for 4 of us. Secure parking. Would highly recommend! Maria responsive to all requests. A must stay in Mallorca. Thankyou Maria!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

The place was clean, and as described, just steps from the beach. And what a beautiful beach! But there are a few things to know. When we were there in early May, there was a tremendous mosquito problem. We were woken up by them and killed about 30 of them in our room. Apparently this is a new problem in Mallorca's early Spring, so we suggested that the hosts install window screens. For us the only solution was to sleep with the windows closed, which was pretty stuffy and hot, and definitely undermined some of the benefit of being so close to the water. The restaurants near this apartment are quite touristy. We took a walk up to Old Town Alcudia and had a wonderful time. Antonia is great, and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We left a shirt behind and she promptly let us know and even offered to ship it internationally to get it back to us. With screens on the windows, we would certainly come back.

This was our second stay at Charly’s apartment - and we’ll certainly be back! It’s a fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach and local restaurants, and an ideal location for cycling. The apartment is spacious with a super king bed that’s so comfy, a kitchen and plenty of living space/room to store bikes. Charly is a great host and is really responsive. Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter le nord est de l’île. La plage est accessible au pied de l’immeuble, la vue de la terrasse est remarquable. Et l’hôte est particulièrement accueillante.

Unser Aufenthalt war super, Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht. Gute Matratzen haben super geschlafen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Restaurants Supermarkt Shopping zuFuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Zu beachten ist nur, dass man über einem Lokal wohnt und morgens Geräusche zu hören sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern ok und wer einen festen Schlaf hat hört auch nichts 😉 super Kontakt Dankeschön

Parkeren konden we meteen op het terrein dus was top. Miguel reageerde snel, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is groot in ligt fantastisch. Dichtbij restaurantjes, strand, winkeltjes en leuke uitvalsbasis voor tripjes. Appartement kan paar kleine updates gebruiken, maar vonden wij geen probleem. Heerlijk weekje gehad!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Lovely house to stay at for the perfect holiday! The house was amazing and was close to the beach, nice walks close by and a few restaurant and shop. Will definitely be back!!

The villa is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Beach is 50m away and the pool is like in the pictures. Very recommended for a group trip. Yo can also store bikes easily in the house like we did.

De host Carmen was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De omgeving was rustig, een huurauto kwam goed van pas. Het huisje beviel ons prima! Enige minpunt: we konden geen gebruik maken van het bad. Verder waren we tevreden!

We had a great stay at Gabriel’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect – just a short walk to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, bars, a small SPAR with fresh croissants and baguettes, and a larger Mercadona supermarket. The kitchen had everything we needed: toaster, microwave, oven, basic spices, oil, plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses. We appreciated the baby crib, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, and vacuum. The two bathrooms were a big plus for a family. The outdoor seating area was lovely and perfect for relaxing. Parking on the narrow street was a bit tricky with a rental car but still manageable. Communication with Gabriel was quick, helpful, and smooth throughout our stay. Everything was within easy reach. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back for another stay!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und meine zweijährige Tochter konnte viel alleine draußen ums Haus herum spielen und Dreirad und Laufrad fahren (ist beides vorhanden, genauso wie Sandspielzeug, Kuscheltiere, Kleinkindbücher). Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und gut geeignet für Kleinkinder. Es gibt auch kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés, wir haben aber immer in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts und die Fenster lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Carmen und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgeber und waren immer erreichbar für Fragen und Anliegen. Wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen!

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

L’appartement est impeccable et conforme à l’annonce. L’immeuble est calme, facile d’accès et bien sécurisé. Luis est super hôte, réactif et plein de bon conseil. Je recommande sans hésité !

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco

Sehr schönes, sauberes und super ausgestattetes Apartment mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf die Bucht! Ruhige Gegend, von der man schnell Wanderwege erreicht. Gut an den ÖPNV angebunden, wenn man wie wir kein Auto mieten möchte - allerdings ist dann der kleine Anstieg mit Gepäck am Ankunftstag etwas anstrengend, lohnt sich aber für den Ausblick :) Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr nett!

Spędziliśmy bardzo udane, aktywne wakacje w mieszkaniu Angeli i Fernanda. Byliśmy w trzy osoby: para z niemowlakiem. Mieszkanie ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, duży balkon, jest świetnie wyposażone. Kontakt z Fernandem był bardzo dobry i sympatyczny. Uzyskaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne informacje. Gorąco polecamy.
