The bathroom has black slate radiant heated floors as well as river rock stone flooring in the shower. Enjoy the view again from the redwood deck off the master bedroom. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.
