You are in the center of it all. Did we mention the beaches? Turn left at bike path and head to Stearns Wharf, East Beach or Butterfly Beach. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.
