Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

La Serreta Country House

Just 15 minutes from the Garraf beaches (Sitges and Vilanova) and 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Barcelona. Surrounded by vineyards and forest, very close to the Olèrdola natural park. The garden and pool area is a large space equipped with a barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals while tasting a good Penedès wine. You'll find hammocks to relax by the pool.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

We have transformed an old townhouse into a spacious, comfortable and relaxing home perfect for small groups of friends and families.
