Casagrand is a perfectly located, luxurious accommodation worth every penny. We enjoyed our stay here very much, the hosts were very friendly, responsive and welcoming! The bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. We would love to be back again soon.

Our stay here was so nice! The space was the perfect size for what we needed, the king bed was comfortable and large, and the windows had an automatic up/down function. It was also a huge plus for us to have a washer/dryer for our clothes. The location was really central and close to the metro/bus which made it easy for us to explore. It’s also right next to La Rambla if you wanted to do any shopping. The check in and out process was also super easy!

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Très propre et facile d'accès. Avec deux salles de bain, il est possible de loger avec plusieurs familles sans être gêné. Je recommande.

Such a beautiful apartment in a lovely part of town. The host was extremely prompt in communications and made the stay very comfortable.

The house was clean and comfortable. The bed sheets were clean. The only problem was water was gathering while having a bath. The blokage had to be cleared.

Wir waren von Lijie‘s Unterkunft sehr begeistert. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation perfekt. Die Check-in Anweisungen waren klar und mit Bildern erklärt. Die Lage und Anbindung an Bus und Bahn waren optimal, die S-Bahn Station ist 150m entfernt und der Bus hält vor der Tür. Auch die Versorgung ist sensationell. Gleich nebenan befindet sich die große Einkaufs-Mall Gran Via 2 mit vielen Geschäften und auch Restaurants. Die Wohnung war mit allen erforderlichen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Airconditioning war sehr sehr leise. Die Aussicht aus der 18. Etage war großartig. Insgesamt volle Punktzahl. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.👍

The location of this apartment is ideal, right in the middle of all the action. The place was clean and met all our needs including a wonderful rooftop deck area, which is hard to find. Restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, and all transportation were just steps away. Beds were very comfortable, everything worked great, Internet super. Definitely a special place... definitely stay here again.

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour chez Gaudi. L’emplacement est parfait avec une vue magnifique sur la Sagrada Família. À distance de marche de tout, très facile d’accès. Immeuble calme et tranquille Hôte très charmant qui répond rapidement et offre des conseils sur les endroits à visiter. L’appartement est très propre, tout équipé, les lits sont confortables. Nous reviendrons sans faute!

Moc pěkně řešený střešní byt, velké plus byla rozlehlá terasa, dobře vybavená kuchyň, ručníky se měnily obden, jediný nedostatek vidíme ve velkém množství přelétajících letadel ve dne i v noci, ale člověk to pak přestane vnímat

The best thing about this unit is the office on the first floor, and Gisela who works there. She is always very responsive and helpful. The unit itself is same as photos, but needs renovations for bathroom and kitchen. There was quite strong sewage smell all the time.

We had a great stay at Carlos’s Airbnb. I recommend it for anyone wanting to stay a little outside of Barcelona city. The place is a studio apartment and is great for two people! Very cozy and has its own balcony. The nearest trains do require a little bit of a walk for about 10-15 minutes and sometimes do require train transfers to some of the sight seeing locations so keep that in mind. I would say it took us on average 30 mins to get to the most popular places to visit. One downside was the noise at night. I personally sleep hard as a rock and couldn’t hear much however my husband couldn’t sleep due to loud noises outside/talking/screaming and loud footsteps at random hours of the night from upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring some ear plugs! Overall, a great place for the price!

Lovely and cozy apartment with a spacious balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. I spent a week here and had a great time. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. There’s a grocery store nearby, the metro is just around the corner, and there’s a nice coffee shop right next to the building. I was very satisfied with my stay. Thank you!
