The Berdo settlement is a place of contact with nature, picturesquely situated on the slope of Otryt and offering a spectacular view of the San River and the mountains. This is the highest farm in the village of Chmiel and an amphitheater for observing the spectacles of nature - the unspoiled nature of the Bieszczady Mountains. Our house offers a unique, tasteful, and fully equipped interior made of the highest quality natural materials. Located in the Starry Sky Park, the Berdo Settlement is the best observation point for the sky in Poland.

The Woodland Large apartment is located on the second floor of the host's house and offers a cozily furnished space for 4-6 guests - a living room with a pull-out couch, a dining area and a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Separate stairs ensure privacy. Guests can enjoy a relaxation area with a sauna, sun loungers, a fire pit, private parking, free Wi-Fi, Netflix and SkyShowtime. Open all year round, each divided into two independent apartments (48 m² + 15 m² terrace), with a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings of the beech forest or the distant panorama of Połonin. There are two playgrounds with trampolines for our youngest guests.

The cottage is located in the central part of the headland on Lake Solina about 150 m to the beach. In 2021, it was renovated and fully adapted for the rest of several people. A comfortable, year-round cottage at the gates of the Bieszczady Mountains, 10-person made of pine and fir wood. The interior design is a combination of wood and modern architecture.
