Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sannicola

This place was the perfect home base for exploring Salento! We were able to park right in front of the house, which was beautifully designed, super clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was very easy, and Niki and Vincenzo were incredibly communicative and helpful with any questions we had. The terrace was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! The house has everything you need for a longer stay: a full kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a cozy living room, and a spacious bathroom stocked with essentials in case you forget your own. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the city center, the castle, and several cafés and restaurants. You can simply park and enjoy everything on foot. It’s also just 15 minutes to the beach and resorts, and only 20 minutes by car to Gallipoli. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back for a longer stay!

What a beautifully decorated, tasteful home in Diso that Chiara has created. The exposed star vaults and wooden floors exude an air of elegance and charm as soon as you walk in. The objets, furniture and lights are curated with care and taste and the floor to ceiling windows exposing the back courtyard are exquisite. Francesco considerately brought us a table and chairs with which to sit under the mandarin tree and watch both the sun and the stars it was just a delight. They provide a cosy home in the Salento, just a stones throw to the excellent Coffee Time for a coffee and the beautiful town church. Thank you for such a peaceful stay.

Casa muy amplia tal y como se describe. Lavadora muy útil con tendedero en la terraza. Patio muy agradable y amplio donde además de aparcar nuestro coche, desayunábamos y cenábamos todos los días. Anfitrión muy dispuesto a ayudar y nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales. La casa está al lado de un pinar estupendo pero lógicamente atrae mosquitos. En el parque de enfrente se reúnen todas las noches niños y jóvenes, por lo que es ruidoso hasta la medianoche (algún día incluso más). Un último detalle excelente del anfitrión: el último día nos dejamos un cargador de batería de la cámara fotográfica y nos escribió para informarnos; se ofreció a enviarlo a la siguiente casa.

Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

L’appartement est magnifique et très confortable. L’atmosphère est très paisible, l’énergie est reposante, la terrasse qui donne sur la mer est grande et agréable. En somme, on se sent bien dans cet appartement ! Et la vue est splendide ! Vous pourrez accéder facilement à tous les endroits magnifiques qu’offre le Salonto. Très facile de se garer en bas de la maison. Marta est extrêmement gentille et donne de très bons conseils ! N’hésitez pas, vous serez très bien là.

Massimo's apartment was absolutely great. It was a very authentic place in the historic, quiet quarter. Very well equipped and clean. The communication was without any problems, Massimo was very helpful. I definitely recommend whether for a long or short stay.

La maison est très bien située dans le centre historique de Matino. Le quartier est très calme. La maison est très bien équipée et on s’y sent très bien. La terrasse est super agréable. Et Chloé est toujours disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Die Wohnung von Marco entsprach genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war sehr unkompliziert und er hat immer schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des historischen Stadtzentrums, was aber zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar ist. Ein Vorteil ist auch das kostenlose Parken rund um die Wohnung. Um die Ecke gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und gegenüber eine gute Pizzeria. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Belle maison, très agréable, dans un quartier immédiat assez joli et agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison… c’était très bien.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Abbiamo avuto l'appartamento per 3 settimane. Molto ben arredato, moderno, cucina piccola ma funzionale e ben equipaggiata. Molto vantaggioso avere il garage proprio a disposizione. Stefania e Lorenzo molto disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande e richieste. Ottima anche la posizione. Soddisfatti! p.s.: unica pecca forse il balcone un pò piccolo in relazione alla grandezza dell'appartamento, ma Stefania ce l'aveva comunicato!

We spent three nights at Ippazio's place - it was great. The house is in a very quiet pocket, a short wall to a rocky, quiet beach and with stunning views of the sunset. Kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, which was great as restaurants are a short drive away. Ippazio was very responsive, a great host! Thank you!

wij zijn met open armen ontvangen door Allessandro. hij heeft ons het laten zien en verteld wat wij het beste konden doen. het huis was fantastisch alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. het terras is ruim en heeft een mooi uitzicht. doordat je in de luwte zit kun je al snel buiten zitten en heb je geen idee dat je in een toeristische plaats bent. het is fijn als je uit de toeristische drukte in het appartement achter je te laten. de auto kun je niet bij het appartement parkeren daarvoor is een algemene parkeerplaats bij de haven. Allessandro heeft ons daarover geïnformeerd, heel fijn. voor een volgende bezoek is dit zeker aan te bevelen.

Tres beau logement bien situé. Quelques minutes à pieds et on est dans le coeur de lecce. Belle terasse commune sur le toit et incroyable jacuzzi privé dans le sous sol! N’hésitez pas à réserver!

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'endroit était très propre, tout est neuf, la piscine parfaite. Même si les propriétaires habitent au dessus, le logement reste vraiment individuel et Regina et son mari sont très discrets. Ils nous ont donné toutes les instructions nécessaires pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille. Encore merci !

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Gallipoli. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist einfach nur traumhaft und zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Klare Empfehlung!

Alessia was very communicative from the beginning. Both through text and through the Airbnb app. She allowed us to check out a bit later, which was great since we had luggage we needed to take to our car. One recommendation would be to tell guests coming from other places other than Europe that the apt is in the second floor, not the first floor.

I had a wonderful month in Lecce, a great deal attributes to the fact that I was staying at Fausto’s apartment. I think we’ve got the best view in the city. I really like this apartment a lot. It has every good quality that’s been mentioned in the previous reviews, and more. I also wanted to thank Fausto for his prompt responses and assistance. I had some knee issues and required assistance to get me to the train station and to the right platform the day I left and Fausto did not hesitate to help. For that he has my gratitude and thanks. I hope to return to Lecce and this beautiful apartment again in the future.

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Vi havde det skønneste ophold i Marias lejlighed. Boligen er dejlig stor med alt hvad man har brug for. Derudover er der en fantastisk have! Maria er en super sød vært og vi kan klart anbefale at booke hendes bolig!

Prachtig en sfeervol ingericht appartement met een fantastisch dakterras met diverse zitplekken en buitenkeuken. Ook binnen een volledig uitgeruste keuken. De koelkast was gevuld met lekkers en er stond een fijne fles prosecco voor ons klaar. Badkamer met grote doucheruimte met regendouche, toilet, bidet en dubbele waskom. Precies zoals op de foto’s of eigenlijk in het echt nog mooier. Mooie planten en verlichting op het terras zorgen voor sfeervol geheel, overdag en in de avond. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een supermarkt wat ook heel handig is. Het contact met Giulia verliep heel soepel. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Galatina met de prachtige kathedraal en veel eetgelegenheden. Kortom, een aanrader waar je prima meerdere dagen kunt vertoeven.
