The place felt like home. The apartment is very spacious and organized, has all the basic amenities needed to prepare simple meals. We were two people and stayed almost 1 week as we had to work remotely. The wi-fi was very reliable, a bit over 100mbps speed which was great for us. The location is very good, a beautiful temple just beside it. There is a 7-eleven nearby where you can get some stuff specially late night. It was very easy and fast to find the flat and check-in. The shower was great, and toiletries were kindly provided. Very comfy place!

Fujitsu air conditioning performs excellently, quickly cooling the space day or night, and making it comfortable to live in on hot summer days.The kitchen is fully equipped with IKEA cutlery and cookware, making it convenient for both simple cooking and breakfast.There are also thoughtful little things like Brita water filters, which make people feel at ease and add extra points. The washing machine has a washing and drying function, which is especially useful for medium- and long-term stays.The overall living experience is very comfortable, I highly recommend this Airbnb, and I am very grateful to the host for the thoughtful arrangements in all aspects!

The place was amazing. Everything is kept in extraordinarily pristine condition and thoughtful. Amenities are amazing like induction stove, strict recycler and even a composting device for leftovers. Space feels like being designed by an architect with custom made closets and drawers all over the place. For Taiwan this is a rare find and usually you won‘t find places like this on Airbnb outside Taipei - and even there it’s hard. In contrast to the designer apartment with state of the art amenities stands the neighborhood with traditional local style (which might soon vanish due to TSMC corporation developing a branch nearby) with a traditional food market around the corner. In the vicinity you’ll find many treasures like traditional wanton and noodle shops and of course dou-Hua (豆花）which is like a Tofu based custard. Overall, a stay here is strongly recommended to live comfortably while still getting a glimpse into the good old times

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment was close to many amenities making our stay even more comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful as we tried to find parking. Thank you for a great place to stay.

I've stayed at Jennifer's place in March/April with my mother, husband and 3 month old baby. The place was incredible and super clean and had a lot of facilities which made me feel I was at home. Jennifer also arranged for a baby crib which was very helpful. Location is great, easy 5-10min walk to the nearest MRT and shopping area. Even a 30sec walk to Showba (small/quick for getting laundry detergent and such). We had rented a car and we have a scooter. And it was easy to park in the garage downstairs. We've felt safe throughout the stay. I loved that Jennifer came and introduced the apartment and building towards us with all amenities as well as recommendations for nearby places. Unfortunately no swimming pool access in March/April :P Nonetheless, I will never forget this place away from home and I recommend staying at her place! Great communication and definitely worth booking again whenever I go back to see my family there :)

The whole check-in was good from start to finish, from the host to ask when to arrive, can use self check in will not have to rush before a few times, to ask how the coffee machine was used The response speed and warmth was very attentive, the amenities were no more to say, clean, upscale, comfortable, and through the checkout time!

The check-in instructions were clear and convenient, and the host clearly explained the sound situation downstairs before booking. I think the starting point was good. There are many delicious restaurants near the house, Dandan is not far from the diagonal, breakfast Xinglongju is a short walk away, there is beef soup, chicken soup restaurant, and a little further away is Liuhe Night Market.There is Youbike near the first floor, go straight and ride a short distance to Baoya (you can park at the door) and delicious duck rice. As for the noise karaoke mentioned in everyone's comments, I used to turn on the TV as white noise during my stay, and it didn't really affect me.But the sound is very subjective, if you stay in the room for a long time (from about 1pm to late at night), and are used to a very quiet environment, you may want to consider. During my stay, I also worked remotely in the room all day, and I didn't think it was big enough to affect online meeting communication.This is for your reference.

The location of house is very good! you can go to most shop by walk, 3 min to night market, 4 mins to the convenience store, 5 mins to the supermarket. Houselord also prepared many useful facilities in the house such as washing machine, laundry and fans, there also has 2 bathroom, both are able for shower, so you don’t need to wait too long for it.

It seems a little small for more than 5 people, but it was nice to be able to talk about Dorando. The air conditioner comes out well and the warm water comes out well. If there is a disadvantage, the bathroom is not well ventilated, so you have to turn on the light to continue using the ventilator, and the accommodation is on the 5th floor, but there is no elevator.
