Pets are welcome! Space: Ideal for 2-4. A 5th guest can sleep on the sofa if necessary (please bring your own bedding and pillow).

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Die Wanderwege beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus. Wurmbergseilbahn und Kurpark sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch das Stadtzentrum erreicht ihr in wenigen Gehminuten. Geeignet für 4 Gäste. Kostenloser Parkplatz steht vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Our great apartment is located in a beautiful location 10 minutes from Braunlage and at the foot of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. 150 meters away you will find the ski lift with many hiking, cycling opportunities, not to mention the toboggan run and the MSB-X-Trail Bike Park Sankt Andreasberg. After these wonderful outdoor activities, there is a nice restaurant at the foot of the mountain for a snack and a drink.

Our cozy and popular penthouse apartment is available again for guests after I have lived in it myself for a year! The apartment has two bedrooms and also has a sofa bed (1.20 m lying surface) in the living room and is well suited for up to 5 people. There is also a fully equipped, closed kitchen, a bathroom with tub, shower and window and an extra toilet. There is a dining table for 6 people in the living room.

Het ligt centraal gelegen in Sankt Andreasberg en een perfect uitgangspunt voor wandelingen, mountainbike tochten en genieten van de natuur. Bij voldoende sneeuw in de winter zijn de skipistes op de Matthias Schmidtberg geopend. In de zomer is daar de zomerrodelbaan en een Bike-park. Bakker, restaurants en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand.
