Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Superb house, very well-equipped, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the beaches. Jon was also responsive when we needed to ask him.

We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

The location of the house was really good. There was the sea, walking areas and great restaurants across the street. There was everything you could need in the house. The landlord was friendly and caring. If I come again, I will stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Everything is perfect. The apartment is untouched, both in order and cleanliness. We didn't miss anything at all. The access very well explained by Silvia. Wonderful treatment and attention to everything at all times. Highly recommended.

We had a great time. the apartment is very nice and clean. the residence is quiet as well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool as well. If you like the calm. This is the best place, but if you want more activities and movements, you will need to take the car to get to the surrounding places.

She's a good host, the house has everything you need the day to day of your home , the perfect location for a quiet vacation I liked it, and a very flexible schedule. thank you very much Maria.
