Waterfront holiday rentals in Sangdang-gu

I’ve stayed at Devin’s places a few times over the past couple years, and they have come to be my go-to places to stay in Seoul. The building is easy to find which is super helpful when coming from abroad and you’re too jet-lagged to try to explain to the taxi driver where the building is, especially if it’s your first time in Seoul. This place had great views of the Han River and Lotte World Tower. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured and has the amenities for a long term stay. What surprised me the most was the amount of storage available in a studio apartment. I stayed for two months and I brought a lot of things. I was able to store everything neatly so I didn’t have to live in clutter for two months. Devin is also always really nice and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely place to stay with an amazing view towards the city river. Bed was very comfortable and room is spacious, all amenities smartly integrated. Jini was very helpful throughout to direct us on how to get, even though we had a late night check in. We will definitely come here again next time we visit Seoul! :)

Staying at this place was absolutely amazing, easy to get via municipal means (bus, metro) , stations 3-8 minutes from the accommodation. Small fun restaurants with a lot of good food in the area, several supermarkets close by. A little further away (20 min walk) we found a big food market. Nice walking paths along the Han river (only a few minutes from the property). Very calm neighbourhood. Very easy to communicate with the host, always responded quickly and explained well and always in a welcoming way. Highly recommended

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

The place is very clean and has a lot of beds, which is great for a large group of people. Each room has air conditioning, so you can have a pleasant stay even in the summer months. In addition, the accommodation was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably, and there were plenty of cutlery, so there was no inconvenience when cooking.

Apart from the fact that there is no big convenience store you can walk to near the accommodation, and that there is no TV on the dining table, it is an accommodation that I was very satisfied with. The interior was also much prettier, cleaner, and more emotional than the photos in the air bnb. It was hard to see that you cared about each of the props. This was one of my favorite places I've been to recently! The host was so kind and quick to contact us! Rather, it was a residential area, so it was nice that it wasn't noisy late at night. I bought bread and delicious food, talked to my friend all night, and healed properly:) If I come to Daejeon again next time, I want to visit here again. If you want to watch a video while eating at the dining table, I recommend taking a tablet or something.

It was a pretty accommodation. I really liked the jacuzzi.

The accommodation was clean and spotlessly adequate in all areas. When I went in April, the flowers on the first floor were also pretty. In the morning, I woke up pleasantly to the sound of birds chirping, the sound of chickens, and the laughter of the ladies.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

great location to hang out in Itaewon! the place was spacious and easy to navigate. if you're using the pull-out couch as a bed I'd reccomend bringing an extra linen sheet or two. we had a great stay and would stay again.

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again
