Nachdem ich meiner Mutter, die seit Jahren Superhost ist, lange Zeit geholfen habe, jetzt meine ersten eigenen Wohnungen :) Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Strandpromenade und der Therme entfernt und wir freuen uns, euch als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen :) Sowohl der Parkplatz, als auch die Bettwäsche sind bei uns inklusive. Und wenn ihr es kuschelig mögt, haben wir auch eine bequeme Schlafcouch, so dass ihr ebenfalls zu 4 kommen könnt :)

Beautiful, central apartment in a beautiful building from 1905 featuring a large southwest-facing balcony; bright and welcoming with high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with a window, washing machine + dryer; suitable for long-term stays. Living room and bedroom features a 55" TV (including Netflix and Amazon Fire TV Stick) and a workspace with a printer. 3 bakeries within 300m, supermarket 500m away, and a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

My accommodation is located right on the beach, with a view of Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the centre of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. There are shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right on your doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Free on-site parking right in front. Immediate beach.
