Private suite holiday rentals in Sandoval County

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is beautiful and peaceful and plenty of room in the house to relax after a busy day. We were visiting family in Rio Rancho so this location was convenient for us to go back and forth. Daniella and Brian were very friendly and left a list with lots of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at CJ‘s place while attending a David Elliott event. It was actually really wonderful to take some solitude time away from the group and get to be on CJ‘s gorgeous property. Not to mention that CJ is an absolutely wonderful host! I felt incredibly welcomed, she has great energy. ✨ It was very quiet and I slept well. The major highlights of my stay was the view 🌄 and the animals. The area right outside of the back porch is a hummingbird Haven and if you are lucky enough, you might get to see the wild horses that live in the neighborhood. I went for a walk one night and got to meet them! The huge bathtub with a view was a plus as well.

Carol was warm and upbeat upon meeting her. She’s outgoing and thinks of others. Her home is beautiful tidy and clean. I loved my Airbnb experience with her! My 3 year old and I did great with Carol and her home :)

I was moving to New Mexico to be closer to my daughter and it was quite a stressful drive and there was no better way to unwind after a 22 hour drive before my apartment was ready than stay here! I’m a huge hiker and their place is in the heart of the Sandias! Waking up to the mountains greeting you every morning with just the right amount of amenities was fantastic. I would book this again just for the heck of it (even though I live 20 minutes away) and will recommend it to all my Tennessee visitors who come in to ABQ. A true gem and perfect hosts. 10/10 and grateful for the experience! ~ Joshua

Great stay! Very clean and as described. It was a little hot and windows were a limitation due to the bugs and no screens.

Charming! I loved my stay!

Eileen was so responsive and accommodating. We had our young baby, and she had everything set up and ready to go for us! This cute little apartment was perfect for our family. Thanks Eileen for everything!

The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable, providing us with much needed rest each evening. Paul is a fantastic host and made sure we were well informed. I always felt like I could freely communicate and receive a quick and friendly response. I highly recommend!

I needed a good rest and I got it. The bed and linens were heavenly. The shower was great. Coffee and coco options were good. I asked for glass of milk and Joe brought it with a smile. If you want to be in "traditional Albuquerque", this is the place.

We felt right at home and the light was on when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean and warm. As described and good coffee downtown.

The Cozy Casita was exactly as described. Very clean, decor was very nice. Very comfortable…split AC units in bedroom and living room/kitchen were extremely quiet and kept everything very cool. The mattress was amazing! Had a great stay and would definitely return! Thank you for a great stay.

If heading to Chaco Canyon, this place fits the bill! Easy to get to, clean, and comfortable. We have not stayed in an Airbnb camper before but based on this experience we would again!
