Walk to the Royal Military Canal or visit Hythe Beach along with Port Lympne Zoo, just over a mile along the road. Enjoy a stroll around the independent shops, restaurants and cafe's of Hythe High Street just 7 minutes in the car. Eurostar is 10 minutes drive. The peace and quiet of the area, along with natures many visitors to the garden and woods enables you to unwind and relax.

There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Cosy, pet-friendly annex on our secluded free-hold in the beautiful countryside of Kent, located just 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and 20 minutes from Dover Ferry Port. Wake up to the sound of Bertie the rooster announcing a new day! Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.

Cosy Garden Cottage with sea views

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.

The View Sandgate Beach

This is a home from home but with a hotel feel experience, with exquisite views of the ocean out of the windows, its a really special place for a couple of nights or more away from home taking in the sea views. Once you walk into the apartment no small detail has been forgotten from a comfy king size bed with 100% linen bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.
