The ocean view is ever changing, especially with all of the animals passing by. Although staying in a tiny town, The capital Tórshavn and other great sights are only 20 minutes away by car. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

Everything you desire is only a few minutes away, but if you would rather drink your coffee or wine at home, it has a nice garden and roof-top terrase and is placed right next to a green area with a monument and viewpoint over central Tórshavn. You can enjoy your morning coffee greeting the grazing sheep right outside the window and have a sunset night cap enjoying the view over Tórshavn.

Cosy house in the old part of Tórshavn in the narrow street Undir Ryggi. The house itself is called "Herastova" after the owners late father. The location is perfect for visitors who want to stay in the historic old part of town. You are in the very center only minutes away from restaurants by foot. The house is well maintained and represents the old traditional Faroese architecture. From the living room you have a wonderful view to Tinganes and the harbour.

The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The location of the accommodation is in the center, the good thing is that it is a short distance to everything in the city center, but if you have a car then there is zona parking at 2 hours outside the apartment from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday, but there is a parking space close by and there can be kept for 8 hours. The weekend is free parking outside the apartment.
