The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for getaways and people passing through who need an overnight stay to break up the journey. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a 1 Burner Ceramic Cooktop, Convection Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine/Milk Frother and Ice Cube Machine. Supplied is complimentary tea and coffee also. Shampoo/Conditioner and bath soaps and Towels are also included. The coffee table does also convert to a table for dining. We are "up the hill" Closest beaches are Nelson, Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches - a 2 minute drive.

Why stay in a motel room ? Our Cottage stands alone on a massive property and there is no other residential accommodation on this property. Recently Renovated one bedroom cottage with open plan living and spacious covered verandas at the front and rear of the cottage. Our cottage is also hidden away from the most hectic and busy locations of Huskisson - Vincentia. Minimum stay is 2 night except on Saturdays.
