Welcome to SANCOINS in Cher in Berry, we offer you a very nice air-conditioned studio for 2/4 people (1 couple and 2 children or 2 couples or 4 friends) we welcome you in our large townhouse on Place du Commerce in Sancoins. This studio has a 140 X 190 bed, a quality sofa bed for 2 children according to your choice, very well equipped kitchenette and dining area, totally independent, the stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

That special place

A little slice of heaven away from the world, where you are simply comfortable. You will find peace and quiet on the edge of the forest. You will have a loft and two bedrooms on the first floor, fully equipped, linens provided... Warning: 3 large, very nice dogs live freely on the property and are well trained. We accept pets on the condition that they are always under the supervision of their owner and do not climb on beds or armchairs.

From November to March, you can book a stay of at least 5 nights. From April to October, you can enjoy a wonderful stay with us from 2 nights We do not have fixed exchange days, holidays are there to be enjoyed and start whenever you want WELCOME!

Country House

It is in our wooded park, 2.5 hours from Paris, that we offer our country house for rent. Surrounded by nature, crossed by the GR 4 Saint Jacques de Compostela, our house will offer you a family setting, quiet to rest or work. Tennis and swimming pools (unheated), many animals are present in the park (horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens...) PLEASE NOTE from June to mid-September, bookings are by the week from Saturday to Saturday only.
