It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. The house is 10 minutes from Saint-Fargeau Castle, 20 minutes from Guedelon Castle and the very nice Toucy market.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
