The apartment is in a fantastic location, we could easily walk to the train station for trips out to other places, also to the sea front and old town and beach with supermarket and places to eat out nearby. The shower was great and air conditioning much appreciated. Daniela was very quick to respond to messages and was very pleasant and helpful. we highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. Erg charmant appartement. Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, werkende smart tv. In een prachtige omgeving met mooie stranden en oude binnenstad. Parkeren in buurt is wat lastiger, maar er is altijd, al is het wat verderop, wel een plekje te vinden. Gastheer is erg behulpzaam en gastvrij.

Logement tout simplement magnifique, très spacieux et calme. La proximité avec le centre historique de Lecce est un plus, tout est accessible à pied. Enfin, Davide a été réactif et de bons conseils, je recommande vivement !

Appartement absolument magnifique 🤩 , très bien situé , dans une rue très calme du centre historique. Daniela est une hôte prévenante et nous a permis de rentrer plus tôt dans l’appartement . Parking à proximité Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse si nous revenons à Lecce

Io e mio marito siamo stati a casa di Concetta la scorsa settimana, Concetta e Roberto sono stati molto accoglienti, abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio all' aperto dove più volte abbiamo fatto colazione e pranzato. La zona è strategica per le belle spiagge nelle vicinanze ma anche per i bellissimi borghi della valle d' Itria che è possibile visitare da lì e che la sera si illuminano a festa facendo risaltare i colori chiari di piazze, edifici,chiese... bellissimo . la casa è dotata di tutto ciò che occorre ideale per due persone.

We had the most amazing time at the Villa it was better than the pictures when we got there. Grazia communicated really well and gave great instructions on how to get there. The pool the rooms everything was perfect. There was of 6 us in our groups 3 couples and we enjoyed nights by the pool and a few dinners in town at Ceglie.M great little town. We did a few day trips to Ostuni Alberobello Monopoli and many more. There were great grocery stores which Grazia told us about and we made that a fun outing going to do the shopping. You definitely need a car if you stay in this area and this villa. We loved our adventure and it was a bucket list experience being in this region and enjoying its culture. Thank you

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

Nous avons été charmé par ce petit coin de paradis. Lit confortable, espace immaculé, fonctionnel pour cuisiner et parfait pour relaxer à l’extérieur. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des vélos puisque le village est tout près. Andrea nous a fait d’excellentes suggestions pour les restaurants.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement de Mimma. La maison était chaleureuse comme l'hote qui était aux petits soins pour nous. Encore merci à Mimma et à sa Maman pour les gâteaux maison et les provisions. Mimma est très souriante, réactive tout en étant discrète. On a adoré la visite du trullo qui est vraiment une fierté pour Mimma qui a su préserver cet héritage familial. La localisation du logement est parfaite pour visiter les Pouilles. Venez chez Mimma, vous en repartirez ravis comme nous l'avons été.

We had a lovely experience staying in this traditional house in Ostuni. It’s very interesting felt like we were in a fairytale house. Great location in town. Thelma was a very kind and helpful host.

We had a great vacation, our friends did enjoy their experience as it was the first time in Puglia. For me it was a coming back home as I am from Puglia. The trulli were cozy, clean, and comfortable, the area is great to relax, and most of all it’s completely private and safe. Francesca was very kind as she extend our check out, even though she had a new reservation coming! Thanks a lot Francesca!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Particolare. We verbleven 2 weken in de studio. Mooie schone ruimte en alles aanwezig! Mooie, rustige omgeving vlakbij Martina Franca. Peter en Anita zijn zeer hartelijke mensen. Ze gaven ons veel tips over de omgeving. We voelden ons helmaal thuis!

The host was exceptionally responsive, providing clear check‑in instructions and helpful local tips. Ideal location near both the sea and historic town center with a peaceful ambiance with an abundance of natural light. Overall, this apartment provided everything we hoped for: comfort, convenience, and charm. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience Otranto with ease, and would gladly stay again!

Claudia’s place was in a great location and the bonus was the garage for parking. It was easy to walk yo all the restaurants and the beaches. Claudia was very responsive but also respectful of our privacy. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Claudia.

Op basis van de foto's en de prijs hadden we al hoge verwachtingen. Deze verwachtingen zijn volledig overtroffen. Het was echt ongekend goed, als je naar Zuid-Italië gaat, is dit een MUST GO. Zo gastvrij, zo'n fijne tenuta, heerlijk ontbijt elke ochtend en overal was aandacht voor, ze zetten ook echt een extra stap om je helemaal welkom en thuis te voelen. Wij zijn er onze eerste 10 dagen van de vakantie geweest om het zuiden van Puglia te ontdekken. Het ligt daarvoor perfect, we hebben alle leuke plekjes in de omgeving verkend allemaal op minder dan een uur rijden. Het enige waar ik spijt van heb is dat we deze accomodatie hebben geboekt om de vakantie mee te starten, ik schrijf deze recentie nu vanaf onze tweede accomodatie en die valt echt in het niets vergeleken bij Tenuta San Trifone. Ik denk oprecht niet dat je een betere accomodatie gaat vinden in het zuiden van Puglia. Emanuele, Laura en de rest van de familie, super bedankt, het was top!

La casa è assolutamente gradevole, ben posizionata e c’è tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza di relax in famiglia. Si trova non lontana dal centro storico di Lecce e facilmente raggiungibile. Il proprietario di casa ci ha davvero aiutato per un inconveniente avvenuto la mattina della nostra partenza. Grazie!

We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.
