Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

La Llosa del Valle is a very comfortable house of new construction but made with recycled hardwoods and very bright due to the large windows facing south. It is very warm and cozy... It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

The house has been lovingly decorated, hoping that you will feel as comfortable as you would in your own home and enjoy a pleasant vacation. On the first floor, there is a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the second floor, there are two very cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house has a charming garden with a barbecue and views of the Picos de Europa. From the house you can walk to do many mountain routes.
