The home was built in 1877 for John Guion, who served as San Saba county judge and was president of the Texas A&M board of directors from 1914-1918.

This 2 bedroom unit is located 1 block from downtown, walking distance to Harry's, Wedding Oak Winery, Oliver Pecan, and Bar D Brewhouse. This room is spacious and has great accommodations for your coffee in the morning and heating up your breakfast in the microwave. We also have a covered awning on the front with chairs and a spot you can put a small BBQ pit and cook outside if you like. You will find this room very clean, with much parking and great accommodations. We do not allow pets.
