Long Term Stay in the country Not for Sissies

Must love chickens. This is a little house that we built for our son in 2016. It is next door to our house where we rent a room on Airbnb (Close to Town but in the Country). This is strictly for longer term, researchers or folks wanting to get to know the area. Welcome are people who love Belize and all its quirks. Unwelcome are people who want to try to make money from Belizeans or sit in the house and complain about the insects, rain, culture, etc. Sorry but true. Good references required.

Mayan Mystique Apt 1, in the center of Sugar City

This impressive 680 sq ft apartment, on the second floor, located right in the center of Orange Walk Town, has a plush King size bed with air conditioning in the bed room, the queen inflatable bed allows for up to 4 guests to stay in this apartment that has a kitchen made for regular cooking and a dining room area for up to 7, right next to it, the living room which has a Smart TV which is Connected to the apartments Wifi. The balcony allows for a view right into the beautiful park!

Tilt-ta-dock Resort is located on the Corozal Bay. We offer 8 casitas, each with a view of the bay. With a slightly industrial style, this practical yet comfortable room is filled with natural light. It is an open space that integrates a small kitchen, double bed, full bathroom, and work desk. Ideal for weekly or monthly stays. For stays longer than 15 days, electricity is billed separately, with its own meter and based on the official rates of the local electricity provider. A versatile and comfortable place to enjoy Chetumal.

Beautiful and comfortable loft

Beautiful full loft in a small complex in a quiet and beautiful area. Place for couples (two people). The pool is large, clean and always available. Great location: Airport and Maya Train 5 minutes by car; you can walk to the ADO terminal and Plaza de las Américas, where safe and cheap taxis leave for Bacalar. There is a park nearby and many fast food, typical and more options.

Breakfast for two persons is included in the rate. Cabin 14 is a rustic standard riverside cabin for a couple. The bed and dresser are made of local hardwood harvested on site. Quiet area with a private porch and view of the New River. Our property is Gold Standard Approved for your health and safety.
