The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach. You can walk to the Historical Center (30 min to Bellas Artes). The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

New apartment on three levels with splendid views of a beautiful Mexican-Andalusian garden. Two large beds, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room. Very quiet, with four leafy trees in the garden muting sounds from the outside world. The Santa María caters to young people's tastes, has a big range of cuisines and features 'colonial style' architecture given that it is in the town's Historic Center; it is just a 10 minute walk to the San Cosme Metro, with Zócalo just four stops down the line.

Enjoy this quiet and fully equipped studio in a late 1800s mansion dedicated to hospitality, music and meeting people. It is a private, fully equipped and independent space with its own bathroom and kitchenette and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shops, restaurants, transport, etc. There's everything!! There are occasional piano or chamber music rehearsals in the courtyard between 10 am and 8 pm, lasting a maximum of 3 hours. You are welcome to listen. There may also be concerts on Thursdays from 5 pm to 9:30 pm.

The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
