Disfruta de una agradable estadía en nuestro cómodo departamento ubicado en el Valle de los Chillos, sector La Armenia 1. Su excelente ubicación te permitirá acceder fácilmente a la ESPE, San Luis Shopping y al Estadio Banco Guayaquil Chillo Jijón. Este espacio ha sido pensado para brindarte comodidad, tranquilidad, ya sea que viajes por trabajo, estudios o descanso. En los alrededores encontrarás diversas opciones gastronómicas, cafeterías, tiendas y servicios para hacer tu visita más cómoda.

Casa 929 - Hospedaje, matrimonios, cumpleaños

La capacidad maxima es para 25 hospedados, cuenta con: jacuzzi interior, Internet, 2TVs, cocina, cancha de futbol, pérgola cubierta, comedor exterior para 40 personas, zona bbq, 10 parqueos. El valor mostrado corresponde a 4 personas hospedadas, de ahí se suman $20 por cada persona adicional. También se pueden hacer eventos como matrimonios. La capacidad total de toda la propiedad es de 90 invitados y 38 hospedados, distribuidos en dos casas y dos zonas cubiertas para eventos al aire libre
