Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in San Polo, Venice

I have just spent 3 nights at Elide’s place and I cannot speak highly enough of it . It was exactly as described , in fact even better . Elide was a delightful host , very welcoming and warm , full of relevant information and provider of great breakfasts . As a lone female traveller , I felt very safe both in the house and on the Lido itself. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but at the same time have very easy access to it . I was very sad to leave and can’t wait to return .

Todos los días por la mañana limpiaban el baño, por lo que siempre estaba impecable. Queda cerca de la estación del tren, por lo que pude ir caminando sin problemas. Alessandro también me preguntó sobre mis gustos y me dio muchísimas recomendaciones. Excelente alojamiento.

Die Unterkunft von Alessandro ist in perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein privates Bad und war schön sauber. Die Küche ist nicht geeignet zum kochen aber für ein kurzes Aufenthalt schon in Ordnung. Es gab Snacks, Kaffee und Milch zum Frühstück inklusiv :) Alessandro war sehr pünktlich, freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Venice. Although the house is located a bit far from the city center, its peaceful atmosphere away from the noise and rush of the city made it a perfect retreat. The place was clean, well-kept, and had a beautiful, spacious garden that added a refreshing touch to our stay. The hosts were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for those who want to enjoy Venice in a calm and cozy setting.

Very helpful staff. If you are a religious jew try to find a different place for shabbos, otherwise highly recommend for someone looking for an affordable place to stay in Venice with a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. There are stairs, so If you have a lot of luggage be ready for that.

If you plan to take a boat into Venice, you can easily walk to the airport from Diego’s where you will find your options for taking a boat. It was a 2 kilometer walk, but if you know the short cut, it’s less.

This place is amazing, great location, exactly what you want! The host Andrea, and his wife are extremely kind and were very hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing in the garden, and the host gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendation and places to walk around in Venice. This place is a hidden Gem!

We loved our stay here in Emanuela and Antonella’s beautiful B&B. They were both very kind, gave great recommendations, and the accommodations and breakfast were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop terrace was beautiful, especially at sunset! We loved that we were in a quieter more romantic part of the city that was still within close walking distance to Rialto Bridge, Rialto Fish Market, Vaperetto stops, and St. Marks Square. The room was comfortable and had great air conditioning as well. We highly recommend staying here!! ❤️

Soggiorno davvero perfetto! La struttura è facile da trovare, situata in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. Diversi ristoranti tipici si raggiungono comodamente a piedi o in pochi minuti in auto, quindi ottima anche la posizione per chi vuole scoprire i sapori locali. Gli ambienti sono nuovi, arredati con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, molto accoglienti e pulitissimi. Il bagno è spazioso, moderno e dotato di tutto il necessario. La colazione è ricca e con prodotti di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare bene la giornata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la flessibilità del check-in e la rapidità nelle risposte da parte dell’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Mauro is the best host we have encountered in all our travels. He is very friendly and proactive in providing information. He provided extra detailed information on how to get to Venice - very easy transport as bus stop is just at the corner - including timings etc. Place was very clean. Breakfast provided was generous and good. We felt safe staying with him although we are both girls. Would definitely recommend Mauro’s place to anyone.

Un grand merci à notre hôte Alvise ainsi qu’à son papa qui nous a accueilli merveilleusement bien dans leurs villa! Tout était parfait ,moi et mon compagnon nous n’avons absolument rien à dire ! nous reviendrons avec plaisir c’était un voyage inoubliable! je le recommande avec grand plaisir !

Francesco e Sara sono molto amichevoli e genuini. Ci hanno accolto a casa e spiegato tutto ciò che era necessario sapere per una piacevole visita di Venezia e dintorni. La casa è una villa veneziana tipica ed ha tutto ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La cigliegina sulla torta a fine soggiorno è stata la dimostrazione di una delle sue invenzioni musicali; chiedetegli per saperne di più. Host consigliatissimo per per simpatia e disponibilità! Ci rivedremo!

Ha soggiornato mio marito con 2 amici come sosta durante la Veneto Gravel. Laura è stata molto gentile e disponibile accettando una prenotazione last minute. Le biciclette sono state custodite in un luogo sicuro. Tutto bene!

A beautiful modern, squeaky clean room with ensuite. Breakfast is very nice and replenished every day. Alberto is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

Al Bnb di Michele si respira davvero un aria di casa, nel mio soggiorno di 2 settimane mi sono sentito davvero coccolato, da Michele con le colazioni buonissime e le torte da lui preparate e dalla sua collaboratrice che ogni giorno si occupa di riordinare la camera, le chiacchere la mattina e i consigli sui posti da vedere nei dintorni, davvero bello ! la location è davvero bella, un bel giardino e dei tavoli in entrata dove poter far colazione o leggere un libro il pomeriggio, la posizione dell alloggio è molto favorevole per andare a visitare le principali città, Venezia e Padova, la fermata del bus è proprio dietro l angolo e l accesso all autostrada se si è in auto è anche quello molto comodo, tutte le mie aspettative sono state soddisfatte e sicuramente lo considererò tutte le prossime volte che sarò in zona! grazie per il tempo speso le attenzioni di michele hanno davvero reso il mio tempo al bnb speciale !!

Abbiamo usato questo alloggio come appoggio post evento, toccata e fuga. Tutto perfetto, host sempre disponibile e velocissima a rispondere :) colazione buona! Consigliato

La maison est toute neuve, dans un quartier résidentiel de maisons récentes. La maison est grande, les chambres sont très spacieuses et la salle de bain privative est parfaite. La baignoire est vraiment un plus ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien comme d'autres ont déjà pu le dire. On sent que Tatiana est très à l'écoute et veut vraiment faire au mieux malgré qu'elle ne parle pas anglais. Nous avons également pu échanger avec son fils qui parle anglais. Un parking publique se situe en face de la maison. Petit point négatif, on pensait que la belle cuisine était fonctionnelle et utilisable mais non. Il s'agit bien d'un Bed & breakfast, la cuisine n'est pas utilisable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour relaxant et au calme chez Tatiana ☺️

Mariangela è una Super HOST! Meravigliosa!!! Tutto perfetto dall’inizio alla fine! Come stare a casa per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità davvero incredibili! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa, le camere sono ampie e splendide, ben organizzate, letto comodissimo e bagno in camera, TOP! Noale è un borgo fortificato bellissimo e strategico: vicino a tutto, da Venezia alle Dolomiti alle ville Palladiane ecc.. Per Venezia c’è un treno comodissimo attaccato a casa e in 20’ circa ci si arriva senza il problema del parcheggio (che è disponibile e gratuito nel giardino della villa!). Che dire? Grazie Mariangela, torneremo assolutamente e ogni volta sarà per un tour diverso in quel territorio straordinario!!🙏

La Casa di Giuseppina è un posto specialissimo, forse il miglior AirBnB provato Italia: immerso nel verde della campagna veneta, fra i campi di asparago di Pernumia e i filari dei Colli Euganei, è un luogo ‘gentile’ e conciliate, dove il tempo scorre disteso. Letti e cuscini comodi oltremisura, una ricca colazione fatta in casa, la pulizia degna di un resort ed il clima sereno di una dimora di campagna fanno di questo posto una vera perla. Felice di essere stato il primo ospite. Entusiasta di avere trovato in Giuseppina una così bella padrona di casa e persona! Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio, e, per certo, tornerò a trovarla! Cinque stelle a tutto, dalle crostatine home made al sacchettino di lavanda che profumava gentilmente il letto!

El alojamiento espectacular. un lugar hermoso de entorno familiar y muy accesible a venecia en tren. Margarita un amor. Siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo....incluso a nuestro arribo nos propuso comer con ella y su familia. Nos sentimos en casa. Muy recomendable
