One of the best apartments we have stayed at… Antonella takes care of the tiniest details by providing goodies and toiletries. The apartment is spotless and the linen is crisp. I would recommend her apartment for a great and memorable stay in Venice. It’s within walking distance to Rialto Bridge and has a great location.

As with prior stays, the apartment was impeccably clean and communication with the host was excellent.

This place was absolutely wonderful. it was gorgeous and spacious. we loved spending the mornings and evenings in the garden. i would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was large with room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the calm mornings with the sounds of seagulls and church bells. The a/c worked well and much needed after a long day out and climbing those 89 steps to get to the apartment on the top floor which was great exercise. The living room TV worked well and the couch was comfortable. There is one shower which has great water pressure, but is not very wide. It was a challenge for my husband and teenage boys to wash their hair. The frig/freezer/stove/microwave/dishwasher/nespresso/kettle/toaster all worked well, too. Mario/Paolo were both responsive and helpful. The location was central and loved having a grocery store just 25 steps from the front entrance. We loved Venice and would be happy to stay here again. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

This was the perfect stay for Venice. Not directly in the middle but perfect walking distance to everything. We liked that everything we needed was on the main road outside of the apartment. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Gian was friendly and responsive. The apartment is as shown in pictures and having the patio outside was perfect for when we wanted to relax with some wine. Definitely recommend.

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! It is hard to describe just how much Gabriella’s Apartment contributed to our magical stay in Venice. From the clear instructions on how to get from the Station to the Water Bus stop which is 50 metres from the Front Door, our arrival could not have been any easier. Upon meeting Gabriella and being shown the Apartment, we knew we had made the right accommodation decision. The Apartment is huge. The bedroom enormous. The bathroom spotlessly clean with a great shower. The living room/kitchen equipped with everything you need. The balcony provides a good outside option. Everything worked flawlessly. The Airconditioning worked spectacularly. I could not recommend the accommodation or the host more highly.

Sara was very responsive with clear instructions. Great location and beautifully decorated apartment with all the amenities required. We would definitely stay here again.

This AirBnB was spectacular and Luca was a phenomenal host. Luca was extremely responsive in helping us figure out which water-bus to take and then met us at the boat to walk us to his AirBnB. He gave us so many great recommendations for local restaurants/bars/coffee shops and even told us about some hidden gems and things to do around Venice. This AirBnB was perfect for 2 of us to stay in. It is tucked away on a quiet street but is a short walk from the main sites of Venice. The apartment itself is exquisitely decorated and the kitchenette is extremely functional. It’s also worth me noting that the rooms are a perfect temperature although it states there’s no AC. It was around 85 degrees outside during our stay but with the windows open and ceiling fans on we were perfectly comfortable and wouldn’t have turned AC on anyway! Overall, a wonderful experience for our stay in Venice. Thank you Luca for sharing this place with us!

We loved Maria’s place. It is exactly like the photos. We enjoyed sitting by the large window watching the gondola’s go by. It was an easy walk to all of the key sights in Venice. We especially appreciated that the hosted facilitated our transfer from the train station. What a great way to start our visit! We highly recommend this place and would stay again.

It was a privilege to stay at this apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment feels grand, historic and beautifully decorated. The location on the Grand Canal with views of the Rialto Bridge is simply stunning. It is centrally located for all main attractions and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. We really appreciated Orsola and Evelyn organising water taxis for our transfers . Evelyn met us at the water taxi stop and helped transfer our luggage to the apartment. This made our introduction to this amazing city more relaxing as Venice can be quite overwhelming on arrival. Venice is a must see on any Italian itinerary and this apartment is a must stay on any visit to Venice .

My friends and I stayed at Mirko's apartment to spend a weekend in Venice. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is strategic for reaching all the most important attractions in Venice. Communication with Mirko was impeccable, he immediately responded to all my questions with great kindness and promptness. Terrific apartment in a quiet part of Venice but only a 10-15 min walk from lots to do. The hosts are very attentive and kind and communication was great as we resolved a few minor issues. Highly recommended!!

She gave us some great tips for discovering good restaurants, nice walks and the must-sees of this wonderful city where we spent three unforgettable days. Her place, located on the ground floor close to all amenities, is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the alleys of Venice, a 99% pedestrian city (no cars, no scooters, and no bikes either!). We strongly recommend this listing as well as Giorgia. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy your stay!

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
