Holiday rentals with a patio in San Pietro in Bevagna

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed 3 nights at Ferderica's aparment in the late October. Apartament is comfortable, has all basic appliances and nice tarrace. Federica and her parents (Molto Grazie) were always available in case of questions and very helpful when small problems appeared.

Really pleasant stay in Sonia's studio. Quiet place, away from the chaos of the centre. Free parking outside the property. New everything, very nice and clean. Sonia met all our requests (bed linen/bath towels and beach towels all new!). A small issue was resolved immediately. Maximum availability of Sonia who responds immediately to both calls and messages. Excellent base for touring Salento and discovering the best beaches. Thank you Sonia

Very clean accommodation, very quiet, but it should be noted that we had no neighbors above. The terrace overlooking the garden is lovely.

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

we were blown away with the apartment, the terrace and view were amazing, very well equipped with everything you need, check in was so easy, Tonia's communication was excellent, one problem, we wish we could of stayed longer.

Comfortable accommodation, with double exposure it is always ventilated, airy bedroom and bathroom, everything working, fantastic mosquito nets and air conditioning! Convenient location, free beach with rocky sea 2 minutes walk, small food store idem. Parking always available under the house and small space on the ground floor to place umbrellas, toys, bikes, etc. Everything corresponds to what is described in the listing, the space/veranda outside (where there is a table and drying rack) is a little skimpy and with little privacy.

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

Maria is the best host in the world. They helped me to rent a car, they looked for me at the station of a nearby village and even gave me their prosciutto and a wine for the first night. Friendly and generous. Maria and Mauricio are special. I just have words of thanks. And the place is a spectacular beauty. An ideal confabulation for the perfect vacation.

The apartment offered by Marina was a little paradise. Easy to park in the street, bright rooms, very spacious terrace, quality bedding and linen. The kindness, smile and help provided by Marina before, during and even after the stay were a real pleasure. It's thanks to Marina that our holiday started so well. The place was super clean and modern. If you're looking for privacy, this is the place to be. The accommodation is very rural, so a rental car is recommended for various activities!! Gabriele was a super helpful and kind host. The highlight was the private pool with huge garden and complete privacy. We would always come back here. Many thanks to Gabriele and his family.

We had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated apartment! The quiet location was perfect for relaxation and recreation. The furnishings left nothing to be desired - we immediately felt at home. The warm welcome by Giusy on site also enriched our stay and she was always approachable for us. The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings with the rental car and the nearby beaches are fantastically beautiful. Manfredo is very efficient. The owners are very kind and very helpful. The house is very clean, well maintained, complete with all the accessories for the kitchen. Patio equipped with outdoor shower, really comfortable. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the sea and the centre. Private parking space inside the residence. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

We had a great time with the family in Carpignano Salentino. The house is well located and allows you to travel throughout southern Puglia. It is away from the village, very quiet, but close by car to all amenities. We were hosted very well by Allessandro who gave us some great tips. He was very responsive to us at all times. The house is organized around a large and pleasant pool area. We had all our meals outside without ever suffering from the heat because a little wind blows constantly. The rooms are spacious and each has a private shower room. They are all on one level overlooking the pool area. The house is very well-equipped, outside the barbecue and pizza oven were much appreciated with a memorable "homemade pizza" evening. Finally, the pool was much appreciated by everyone, young and old!

Fantastic stay in a nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic stalls in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

A weekend of absolute relaxation on the occasion of a beautiful event full of flowers in Leverano. A delightful apartment, very clean and equipped with everything, awaited us a few steps from the historic centre. The outdoor garden was a wonderful surprise and having breakfast there, among the plants and in absolute silence, was very pleasant. Antonella, even at a distance, was a discreet, kind and very friendly presence. Too short to fully appreciate all the wonder of these places. Thank you See you soon

Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for the welcome and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked beautiful in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, the shower and the kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, cot, blender for puree, stroller and even parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to introduce him to the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out for us to have a good holiday. Even mosquito nets. They even provided a map and recommended plenty of nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We will be happy to come back for our next stay and 100% recommend their accommodation

We were guests of Maria Teresa, we immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is a real "gem" and the hospitality is excellent, the host always considerate towards us giving us excellent advice on the area. We had a problem with the car and she helped us solve it. Too bad the weather was a little bad. We will gladly come back. Heartfelt thanks and hugs.

Masseria a Libeccio is a corner of paradise and relaxation, immersed in the Apulian countryside, a short walk from a wonderful sea and an uncrowded beach. The outdoor shower, barbecue area and vegetable garden available are really appreciated. The pool, accessible 24 hours a day, completes a “luxury” but never formal experience. Lastly, Antonio, the welcoming host. The only flaw is not being able to stay a few more days, but it's definitely a goodbye!

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.
