Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

El Laberinto Lodge

Built on high ground with a large roofed deck and a privileged view. Equipped for 2 to 4 people. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a second trundle bed underneath. A full kitchen, refrigerator, and wood-burning stove. We pick you up at the port of Colonia when you arrive and take you when you leave.

Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Grill for 6 with utensils. Deckchairs to take to the beach. Parking space. No separate electricity charge.

Possibility of transfer by car from Cologne or free route coordinating with our available schedules It is NOT a container.

El Nido - Tree House - The Nest

El Nido Treehouse is a fully equipped little casita in the middle of our trees in our farm in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay with a deck with a view of the vineyards, swings, hammocks, a pool and even a place to light a fire and cook a barbacue! We are 10 kilometers away from Colonia, a 15 minute drive. Taxis to and from El Nido cost approximately 14 dollars and is the way most of our guests get to the houses. No kids allowed.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Casa Moli, a place to rest and enjoy.

Casa Moli is a beautiful brand new house in the best area of Colonia, three blocks from the Rambla, between the Bullring and downtown (Historic District). Ideal for resting and enjoying the surroundings. For barbecue lovers, it has a large grill. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

Domo Sereno: This unique geodesic dome is located 15 minutes away from the old town of Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. Surrounded by trees in the peaceful countryside, the dome is nestled in nature. Great for couples and ideal to rest and unplug. We don’t have WiFi nor TV in the dome.
