Pedro is the most attentive host you can imagine. He is super friendly, the place super cozy. Everything perfect!

We had a great stay at Dmitry's place. Used the swimmingpool Alot and the rooftop balcony. Apartment is very well located and we visited the shopping mall quite frequently. Walkable distance to the beach.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! We had a great week. The house is very nice to enjoy as a family which is as we did. No stairs, with an area for the children to play and a stone's throw from the sea. Amparo is very friendly and helpful to anything we need and has also given us local recommendations. New appliances, everything is very clean and a very good and quiet area. In short, we have been made short of the week.

We have had a great holiday in a beautiful complex which is very well maintained.

This was the third time consecutive that we’ve booked Hilmar’s house, and as always we had a great time there. It is a beautiful house on the corner, with everything inside, and outside in the store unit you can find lots of things for the beach: umbrellas, toys, etc., modern kitchen, nice living space, comfortable beds and lots of towels in the bathroom. You have access to the pool, a major plus, and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the sea, going through Molina’s Park, which is quite lovely. Hilmar is a very attentive and friendly host, always had a great communication from the start, I truly recommend his place and him as a super host.

My children & I loved our stay here so much we stayed an extra week. We have had 3 weeks of peace, rest & relaxation which is exactly what I wanted from this holiday. I have also gained a few pounds from the crepes & cafe con leche's! I'm a single mum travelling with two kids and I feel extremely safe & very well looked after here. It is very beautiful quiet area, we have walked to so many gorgeous beaches. We feel like we rented a bungalow with a private pool as we have been the only ones using it. I don't have a car and have walked to the supermarkets & used their home delivery service. There's everything you need within walking distance. We are all very sad to be going home which I think says it all. Pedro is a wonderful host and it's thanks to him we've had such an amazing holiday. Thank you for having us & looking after us, I am sure we will be returning next year ❤️

This trip was our 4th time to Antonios villa and it was as great as previous visits.

I spent 2 months in this wonderful home during the winter of 2024. I think it has everything I wanted to make me feel at home. I was happy to find good matrasses in the house. I find that very important. The urbanization is quiet but not extremely appealing. Perfect for spending time in Spain while I was working. The host is very kind, very responsive and helpful. I hope to return next winter

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

Andrew was a very helpful host and I was able to check in and leave a bit earlier/later than advertised.

The stay at Viktória's was great. The place was spotless and well thought with everything needed. Great communication, a bottle of wine to welcome her guests (with a wee fridge magnet) and easy check in. The beach is really closed, easy to find a place to park and you can find something to eat very very easily around the area. I do recommend. Thank you again :)

Very clean accommodation and consistent with photos and description. Very quiet place with two terraces. Very well-equipped place with very nice small touches upon arrival from our host (cold water, soda and beers). Easy to park (place in front of the house) and close to large food stores. Camellia is really very nice and gives very good recommendations. Recommended without hesitation.

We felt right at home, there is nothing missing; the beach and promenade 7 min walk and by car close to others. We would repeat if we have another chance.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and were so sad it had to end. Aurora was the perfect host, the property was better than the description and ideally located for the beach and restaurants. Everything was perfect as described, and it looked the same as the pictures. Impeccable cleanliness, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the sofa can be opened in the living room. Quiet and safe environment. Warm welcome, clear use. We felt at home, we will be back! I recommend it to everyone!

Very nice and friendly host, very clean home which has a good location. Peacefull place and friendly neighbours. There were plenty of supermarkets and shopping facilities nearby. We are very satisfied. Highly recommended.
