It is a warm house, very fresh and well lit by its natural and artificial light. It is a cozy space ideal for relaxation, quiet and in a safe residential area. Fully equipped for all amenities. Very easy to access (5 minutes from downtown by car). The balcony invites you to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the yungas and its natural freshness. It has a spiral staircase that leads upstairs where there are beds that can be divided by means of a biombo.
