The place is quite comfortable overall, it is a very quiet residence, inside it has a small refrigerator to keep freezing drinks, outside the room they have an area for filtered water and tea. The location is comfortable, in the middle of the main street that leads directly to the beach access, and where are the main restaurants and antojitos of all kinds.

Simone’s place was a wonderful experience. From the viewing of amazing evening sunsets off the many balconies to the few steps to the beach & the many addl little comforts that one wants when vacationing were all an added plus. We will definitely be back!

Incredibly unique place - it has such a calming design, with beautiful red clay, natural touches, and plants and flowers. A dream for anyone who likes to cook - the kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with all the best appliances and cookware. They spared no expense in making this place as nice as possible. They even provided a golf cart to get into town - much easier to get into town and park with a golf cart than with a car. They really thought of everything. Heads up there is some construction going on in the neighborhood, so bring earplugs / headphones if you're sensitive to noise. Sergio is an amazing host - he was incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes, and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable.

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants, and the pool was excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel 🙂
