A highly recommended and comfortable place for a single person. The environment is nice and very close to the National University, which can be accessed on foot in a few minutes. At some times of the day, annoying noises from nearby traffic arrive. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay and Andrea kindly responded to all my inquiries.

This is one of those gems that if happen to be fortunate enough to find, jump on it right away!! Caveat… As you are approaching the place the neighborhood may seem kinda scary but once you get to the location you’ll be incredibly surprised at the pace and tranquility that you’ll have. The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. Just the view of the city is worth the price you pay to stay there. Everything inside the condo is pristine! Never saw any bugs or worse (roaches) . I will definitely base my next trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 based off the availability of this place. Yes, it is that good !

This type of apartment is exactly what we consider ideal for long stays. The apartment is brand new, with all new items and plenty of comfort—from the bed and shower to the living room and kitchen. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, game room, and an excellent coworking space with fast internet. The host was always very helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and answering all our questions. The location is also excellent: there is a supermarket very close by, several restaurants right across from the building, and a park just a few minutes’ walk away. The parking garage is great, and Uber arrives quickly, making it easy to get to the city center. In short, the apartment’s structure and everything it offers stand out. I hope all my future long stays on Airbnb are as good as this one.

I want to thank Luis for his hospitality, he was always attentive to questions and responded quickly. In fact, without asking for help, he was already giving me instructions to facilitate my arrival and of course we loved the place. He welcomed us with a gift👌🏻. I felt at home immediately upon entering SARAH'S place. Great energy and fantastic views of the mountain surrounding San Jose. I usually rent hotel rooms but now, I will stay here when I am in San Jose. I would highly recomend staying here if you like elegance and calm while traveling. I found everything I needed during my stay in her apartment, even an espresso machine.

Stop looking and BOOK this NOW! Amazing place and the entire building is a unique Alice in Wonderland vibe with hidden details around every corner. The 30th floor and 31st floor roof top terrace are very cool and worth checking out. Brad & Tara’s place is immaculate and they are amazing hosts. Super repsonsive and check in and check out was easy. Secure parking with dedicated spot. Location is close to many attractions in San Jose like museums, shopping, and great restaurants. Walking distance to Sabana park and plenty of restaurants. And short drive to some of the best restaurants in San Jose like Furca, Nunc City Gardens, En Boca, and Grano de Oro. The views of the city and mountains are insane from the 27th floor unit. And the furniture and bed are so comfy, feels like home away from home. We live in Costa Rica on the coast and have to go to SJ from time to time. And will for sure stay here again!!

We were very comfortable and relaxed at the accommodation. The stairs to the second floor are somewhat uncomfortable for an older adult.

We had a very pleasant stay at the place! It has a cool mountain view and you can hear the birds chirping. When we needed something for the unit, Pedro came right over and he's a super duper nice guy!! We love the big TV in the living room and how the kitchen had a few extras like coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Highly recommend the place ❤️

This place was the best on Airbnb in San Jose! I looked at a bunch and this is in the best neighborhood, has two bedrooms with quality linens, each with TV and its own bath, laundry, is impeccably clean, quiet, safe and has all new, modern appliances. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else as this one is a true hidden gem.

If your coming to Costa rica, I'd 100% recommend staying here. the space was big and it came with everything you needed and then some. we were able to get to everywhere close by amd easily. Not to mention we were able to walk to the nearest convienance store and pick up household items. Plus, they have internet and are quick to respond with any queations you may have. Don't think twice, if this spot is open get it. I stayed for over 7 days and it was all worth it!

Great stay! We stayed in this place as a one day stay before we flew out from San Jose. Very comfortable, and perfect lodging setup for 2 couples.
