Villa holiday rentals in San Nicolas North

Fabulous area, house was beautiful and it was very well taken care of. It truly made my family feel at home! This was our third time to Aruba, and this home checked all the boxes. Communication and responsiveness was great. I can’t thank Sophia enough; she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and made our trip as seamless as possible. We will definitely would stay at this home again.

Awesome place!! I have been to Aruba a few times and this was the best place I have stayed at. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Close to Arashi beach and just a few minutes from center town. The place is very clean including the pool. Just amazing and Geremi was quick at responding. I would deffenitely stay again.

The house was beautiful, clean, organized and exactly like the pictures. Great location about 15 minutes away from everything. The backyard is so nice to hang out in at night. Raymond was the absolute best host He was super responsive and attentive to all our requests. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and he had them delivered right away. One of our beach chairs broke and he replaced it with a new one immediately. Would definitely recommend staying in this house, you will love it.

This place was perfect for our family who wanted to be close to snorkeling sites! Everything was just as advertised, it was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies available (towels, snorkel fins & masks, etc) for our family of 5. The location felt safe and Yohana met us at check in to show us where things were and how things worked that might not have been intuitive. The pool and outdoor areas were cleaned twice a week as we were told to expect, and everyone who we were in contact with was polite and easy to communicate with. I was sad to leave such a lovely place, and it was a great spot for our home base while in Aruba.

Very lovely villa. We had four adults and two children and the space worked perfectly for us. The outdoor area is as perfect as the pictures make it look. We enjoyed many hours out there. There are two coolers, ice packs, beach chairs, a few sand/pool toys and pool noodles which all came in handy for our holiday. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa at all. It is located on a quiet street and you will need a rental car.

The unit was as described. Quiet location away from the major hotels Easy walk to the lighthouse and very close to the beach. The beach was not crowded The pool is a plus and used often. Children’s toys were available as well as beach equipment The home was comfortable with ample space for 5 plus. We would return again. Communication was excellent Some lite duty construction next door but not overly noisy. Conveniently located

We had a wonderful week at the villa. Our group of 6 had plenty of space, loved the pool and patio, and truly were able to relax. Thank you!

Zuki place was great. It had all that we needed. Even though it’s not on the beach, it’s an easy short drive to Arshi Beach which was wonderful. You can get chairs & an umbrella there along with facilities. There are also another few options that are great for snorkeling. Lots of great restaurants within a ten minute drive the Palm Beach area.

This was a great place! Close to the main strip and it is walkable. The house was clean and kid / family friendly. I would stay here again.

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie! Het contact met Rick evenals Ingrid en haar man waren erg goed. Vriendelijk, snelle reactie en echt bereid dat stapje extra te zetten om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken voor hun gasten. Zeker een aanbeveling wanneer je wil kiezen voor een zorgeloos, fijne vakantie in Noord, Aruba!

Betza respondió rápidamente a todas mis consultas. La casa es HERMOSA! Súper cómoda, amplia (con muchísimos utensilios de cocina). Limpia e impecable. Las toallas y sábanas de primera calidad. Es una muy buena recomendación alojarse en villa bellisima! Sin dudas, extrañaré mucho la casa!! Y si algún día mi destino vuelve hacer Aruba, sin ninguna duda me alojo en esta casa divina!! Zentasy is an absolute gem in Aruba, and our experience there was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a relaxing, thoughtfully designed space that instantly put us at ease. But what truly made the visit exceptional was Vicky. She is incredibly warm, attentive, and skilled—easily one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere. Vicky took the time to understand what we needed, and her energy, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it shows in every detail. If you’re in Aruba and looking for a moment of peace, healing, or just some well-deserved pampering, Zentasy—and especially Vicky—should be at the top of your list. Can’t wait to come back!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf heb ik gehad. Het huis heeft alles wat je kunt wensen. Stijlvol, zeer netjes, een toplocatie, en heel lekker rustig slapen. De airconditioning is perfect. Het zwembad is de hemel en hier wil je zitten!! Ongelofelijk dank voor de goede zorgen en begeleiding na het huren van het huis. Wanneer ik weer op Aruba kom, ga ik zeker hier terugkomen, en zou het zeer aanbevelen aan anderen. Mashi danki! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

This was our second time back to Aruba but first time staying here. This place is perfect if you want something quiet but close enough to palm. 18 min drive from the airport, and was super easy to find. Parking super easy. Groceries very close, we did the initial run to superfood in the way. During the day, we did arashi and Boca, both the most beautiful beaches IMO. We had a car for the day time beach runs. For night we walked to palm and cut through a little shortcut. We were in the centre of palm in 15-20 mins and it allowed us to not worry about parking or driving. The pool is so clutch, perfect for the mornings before the beach. Mini market close by is stocked well, but go to super food and get some chicken skewers for the grill. Beach chairs were great. Kitchen was excellent and had all the amenities that were listed. Very impressed by the ease of it all and we’re grateful we found this like gem on the island. Excellent hosts, very supportive. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque minute de notre séjour dans la maison de Shari. Emplacement sécuritaire très bien situé, près de l’aéroport, à seulement quelques minutes des plages, des épiceries, du centre ville, près de tout quoi ! La maison a entièrement été rénovée, avec goût, tout est propre et solide, que ce soit l’intérieur complet de la maison ou bien le très grand espace terrasse couverte attenant à la piscine privée, les pièces sont grande et bien aménagées avec beaucoup de rangement. Shari est une hôte exceptionnelle, très bien organisée, facilement joignable et qui répond rapidement à nos interrogations. Je recommande, sans hésitation, la maison de Shari pour un séjour à Aruba, vous ne le regretterez pas. De plus, nous pensons même répéter cette expérience à Aruba … Merci Shari !

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The beds were super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a welcome note. She even gave us a bottle of campaign. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The home was beautiful and clean! The description and pictures are spot on. We will be staying here each year we return.

House matched the photos. Was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with seasonings. AC worked amazingly well. Pool and garden were cleaned often. In the event of an emergency (Aruba airport shut down), the hosts were flexible and responsive. Only complaint was the neighbor's dog jumping the fence, but once I told the hosts, they took care of it. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

We had the best stay here! Truly felt like our home away from home. The space is beautiful, filled with art, and very spacious. The outdoor shower was also such a treat!! The pool and patio space is also stunning. We also loved cuddling up with Mijntje's two cute dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. A lot of yummy food around as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
