House holiday rentals in San Martín de Porres

I booked it because I thought it was the perfect place to unwind and it was! I was able to have a barbecue in the afternoon and a picnic with my girlfriend in the garden at night, they even lent us a speaker to play music. The space is large and private, we slept comfortably and the pool was a good size and everything was clean. It is well located and there was a place to leave the car without any problems. Juan and the family are very kind, in summer we will return. Thank you for everything! I hope we see you again. I recommend it!

Lorena has been a great host! Always available and very kind. The apartment looks much better in person. The apartment’s location is very convenient, close to supermarket, movies, pharmacies, etc. Also the apartment is walking distance from the Lima golf and restaurants. Lita home is a great place to stay in San Isidro and if your stay is gonna be long, this is the spot! You’re gonna feel it like home.

Very good communication with Jareck, the house is very nice, the distraction of the place is a turtle that you could feed him 🐢 The area is very quiet and well guarded. The pool is not as large but if they are between 5-6 people normal and very favorable if there are small children because it has levels. A bit of power on the stove in the kitchen had one that didn't work. Otherwise everything was clean, safe and very spacious. I would definitely come back to see the Turtle 🐢

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

All communication is more than good, the truth. Always responded quickly and at the time of all inquiries about any matter. She is also attentive in case of accidents and that is highly valued. I really liked the attention.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Pedro's place was great for my short stay in Lima, He was very accommodating when we checked in because I had to reschedule my arrival time twice due to traffic. The place is very close to restaurants and small grocery stores.

This is our favorite place to stay when we go and visit Peru. It is absolutely perfect; especially if you are traveling with a few couples. Each room upstairs has its own full bathroom which is a huge plus. There are plenty of great places to eat within walking distance and only a 10 minute ride or drive to the busier parts of town. We will be definitely staying here again on our next visit. Gracias Miguel!
