Holiday rentals with a patio in San Martín de los Andes

Gabriela's apartment is in a central location. Close to everything in SMA. It is very comfortable and is as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The attention from both Gabriela and her partner Natalia was outstanding in every way. From being attentive to our arrival and suggesting activities and places to eat to being aware of anything we might need. The only point to improve would be the Wi-Fi, as we suffered micro-cuts, but as we were told, it is a problem more of the area than of the place itself. We would definitely come back, thank you for everything!!

In the first place, I want to highlight the warmth with which Andrea received us! She was very kind and always attentive to our arrival time (although we arrived very late to the house, she waited for us with the best energy). When we arrived we were not only surprised how nice the apartment was, but the details that Andrea had prepared for us (for example, he left us a carpet and a dish with food for our beloved dog). Afterwards there were all kinds of utensils, toilet paper, napkins, extra blankets that made our stay more pleasant. The whole time the place stayed super warm. The location is incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back🩷🩷🩷

The apartment is functional and modern. Well-equipped and the kitchen very complete. The shower in the bathroom is excellent! It is a few blocks from downtown, ideal for walking. The host was very flexible for check-in and check-out, we maintained constant communication. Highly recommended location. The only thing to note is that in summer it can be hot, it gets the sun a lot of the day and while you can cool the environment naturally by opening the windows, they do not have mosquito nets. It is worth mentioning that there is a standing fan, although it helps, it may not be enough. We would definitely come back!

Daniel was a great Host, he was always available and responded quickly to our questions or inquiries. The apartment is small but has everything you need and, due to the great location, you are almost not in the accommodation. It is located centrally located, it has everything close by. It is a great choice for a solo trip or a, max, 2 people. It is worth noting that upon arrival the place was clean and tidy. It is functional. We were very satisfied :) We will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to SMA.

Eugenia is a great host!! Always concerned about our well beign, very friendly and helpful! The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, close to major restaurants and stores. Felt at home, away from home. San martin de los andes is a lovely city. Highly recommend Hernan’s place.

The house is beautiful, clean and equipped. They responded quickly when I made an inquiry. It is very conveniently located, close to downtown and the beach, about 7 blocks away, allowing you to get around without a car. I would definitely come back and recommend it

Excellent place, really nice to stay in San Martin, relatively close to everything to go for a walk. Andrés' service was excellent, no drama with the schedules we had to handle, very friendly and thoughtful 👌🏽

Our stay in San Martin De Los Andes was spectacular. The house is beautiful, super comfortable, well equipped and ideally located. You can see the care in every detail. Karina, the host, was divine and very kind, always attentive that everything was perfect. Definitely a place we would love to go back to. Thank you for everything!

The place is totally amazing and off the beaten path. There are no houses like that , with these views, large and super comfortable. Verónica was always attentive and welcomed us super well. He also gave us very good recommendations to go to the hill or to buy in the area. The photos can't represent this place !!! It's totally out of the box. Keep in mind that it is a mountain house and the road in winter can be complicated if you are not used to these grounds. Pana is still worth it.

Great house, 5 minutes outside of town. The house was comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay. It is in a quiet area and the yard was lovely with a hammock to relax. Dario and Aurora were very kind and communicative.

Our stay at the house was excellent, being 9 people we were very comfortable, we really didn't lack anything. The service was prompt and very friendly at all times. The location is very good, easy to access. We'll definitely be back to enjoy that spectacular terrace!

We are very satisfied with the cabin stay. It has everything you need to stay a few days in SMA, in addition to the ideal location since it is 4 blocks from the main avenue, and 8 from Lake Lácar. One thing is that it doesn't have a washing machine. We were with co-host Anita, who was very kind and generous during the stay. She recommended that we go to the central points of the city; restaurants, routes, and activities, super willing and honestly attentive. :)

I booked the apartment for 19 days. In using AirBnB's over 10 years in 6 countries, this modern efficiency studio apartment was the best choice I ever made for my needs and interests as a solo-traveling outdoorsman. Mercedes and her co-host Gabriel were super-attentive to my every need, and instantly responsive in a joyful, respectful way. The apartment has strong wifi, an excellent shower, high quality linens, a radiant-heated floor, a really good kitchen area and is convenient to the city center. The bed is firm and comfortable. There's a little bit of daytime human and traffic noise from outside, but just a little bit, and pretty much everything quiets down very nicely at night. There are no barking dogs, wild parties, or other annoying animals. The building and the apartment are both very secure and in a safe location. On-street parking for my rental car also was very safe and convenient. I can only hope that it's available for my next visit to San Martin de Los Andes.

We went from Bariloche to San Martin de Los Andes and decided to spend the night there. We found this post and the communication was so fluid that at 10min we were already in the apartment. Very nice place and the super quiet area, thank you.

Super recommended! The duplex is very well located, a short walk from downtown, supermarkets, and Lake Lácar. Everything was clean when we arrived and we were able to keep it clean thanks to the cleaning products they had left us. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The bathroom has a window that ventilates very well. It was never cold for us at night and the depto. kept warm during the day. The kitchen we stayed a little girl but we were able to cook every day that we ran out of trouble. The refrigerator includes freezer in case they buy ice cream. The neighborhood is calm but if you can see towards other deptos from the windows (the one in the bathroom is polarized and you don't see outwards unless you open it). Camila and the co-hosts are always aware, sending recommendations for places to visit and answering any questions or queries.

The house is better than in the photos, Claudia put herself in the order at all times and whenever a recommendation was asked she answered immediately. Comfortable and tranquil Lugar.

I stayed a few days in Natalia's apartment and everything was amazing, the place is just as shown in the photos. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying San Martin. She was very kind and was available all the time. I'd choose this place a million times over.
