Fascinante!, el lugar está muy completo, desde que Rafael nos recibió y llevó al lugar hasta explicarnos lo que tenemos dentro del lugar, bastante amable y se agradece bastante por la despensa que nos dejó, a libertad de nuestro uso, muy buena ubicación a metro Tacubaya y a algunos pasos de restaurantes Sin duda regresaremos!!!!

The place was great, and Enrique is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful. He recommended some restaurants, and they were fantastic. We had extra requests, and he fulfilled all of them without any hesitation. He is a very kind person and the best host that I have ever met. The apartment is located in the best neighborhood in Mexico City, a very walkable neighborhood. The apartment is near numerous restaurants, and Walmart is located across the street. The building is super secure; it has at least 5 security personnel all the time. I definitely recommend it.

No sabemos por dónde empezar a decir lo maravilloso que fue alojarse en el departamento de Guillermo. El lugar es todo lo que se indica y más: la ubicación ideal, el edificio bellísimo, el departamento muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Guillermo fue un excelente host. Se comunicó con nosotros desde el primer momento con instrucciones muy claras para que nos sintiéramos como en casa en todo momento. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Hizo que nuestra visita a CDMX sea inolvidable.

Excelente lugar. En realidad todo estuvo increíble. El lugar muy limpio, las sábanas limpias, la cama era bastante cómoda al igual que las almohadas. La cocina tenía todo, el refrigerador tiene el espacio ideal para guardar algunas cosas. Las áreas comunes lucían muy limpias y bastante amenas. Eso sí, el espacio es muy pequeño en realidad. Las fotografías hacen que luzca un poco más grande, pero en realidad es un espacio de casi 12m^2. Aún así, mi estadía aquí fue bastante buena. Los alrededores son muy bonitos y tranquilos. Me encantó. Volvería con gusto.

James y su esposa muy amable nos atendieron en el lobby, dando todas las indicaciones. Muy buena y amena persona, bastante comunicativos e informativos. Nos dieron tips para disfrutar aun más del edificio, del lugar y del área. El apto es como aparece en la foto. Nos gusto bastante. Super amplio y con todo lo necesario. Recomiendo el lugar, tanto para pareja como para familia. Un lugar bastante seguro y sobretodo se puede caminar para cualquier restaurante, café o mall.

It was an absolute delight staying at this Condesa gem! The location couldn't have been better – we were steps away from the vibrant energy of the neighborhood, with its charming cafes, leafy streets, and fantastic restaurants. What truly set this Airbnb apart was how thoughtfully organized the apartment was. It felt like every detail had been considered to make our stay comfortable and seamless. It was the perfect space for our group of friends to gather, offering both cozy common areas for catching up and comfortable private spaces. We especially appreciated the lovely rooftop. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Condesa!

Jorge’s place is excellent! Great location with wonderful restaurants around. Jorge was super helpful and gave us great recommendations and advice. The accommodation is super! It is private and safe, and feels super homely. I would highly recommend staying here!

Pedro’s place was great! Had everything we needed, clean and just as described. Location was great and very walkable. Convenient to have the wal mart nearby, but also tons of amazing bars, restaurants and parks. Loved that he spent the time to put together recommendations in the area.

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

Excelente lugar para pasar el tiempo, tranquilo, silencioso y bastante limpio. No hubo ningún problema y la entrada es bastante segura.

Es la segunda vez que me quedó en el lugar y me gusta mucho. Es un lugar muy tranquilo qué está muy conectado y accesible. Además me agrada que sea una planta baja. Definitivamente volvería.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el apartamento de Gabi. Está muy bien ubicado, lo que hizo que moverme por la ciudad fuera súper práctico, y además cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Gabi fue super amable y contesto siempre muy rápido, todas mis dudas o necesidades. Realmente hizo una gran diferencia durante mi viaje. Me sentí como en casa y pasé un muy buen momento. Sin dudas volvería y lo super recomiendo.

Todo muy bien, es tal cual lo describen. Solo agregaría que la televisión no se pudo conectar a las aplicaciones así que ni películas ni música pudimos ver. Pero en general todo increíble, es una bella residencia.

Tobien, recomendable, cerca de las principales zonas arqueológicas y recreativas, excelente atención del anfitrión. La casa está muy bien.

Ximena was an incredibly attentive host, very responsive to my many questions, and accommodating of every request. The space was beautiful, safe, accessible to many parts of the city, and the facilities (pool, sauna, spa, etc.) were top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone headed to CDMX

Modern, secure building in a great neighborhood. Lap pool is exceptional, 40m long and kept safe with something other than chlorine. Under 3 blocks to the Sevilla Metro on the newly refurbished Line 1. Easy walks to Parque España and Parque México, moderate to Chapultepec and the Anthropology Museum. Apartment is great for two, a studio where the bathroom is big enough to include closet space and, basically, a dressing room. WiFi is good, water pressure too! No oven, but you have a strong microwave and a two-burner electric stove. Fridge is small, but we managed a month just fine.

Excelente atención y comunicación por parte de los propietarios y administradores. Si buscan un lugar bien ubicado para visitar el centro de la ciudad, es el lugar indicado. Ampliamente recomendado si es la primera vez que visitan CDMX.

Amazing location. Super friendly host, great rooftop terrace. The pictures don’t do enough justice to the remarkable swimming pool. I’d definitely come back.

Un apartamento ubicado en una zona muy segura y cerca de muchas actividades en Polanco. El apartamento es cómodo y las respuestas a consultas y necesidades por parte de Juan fueron rápidas y favorables.

Sarali’s place was exactly as pictured. Easy check-in via the 24hr security desk at the front, and the apartment was perfect for a few remote work days. Nights were quite warm without AC, but the large sliding glass door with a screen plus the fan helped to quickly bring the temperature down before bed. Would stay here again.

great location, most places we wanted to go to were in roma norte or confess were 20min or less walking. we were able to rent bikes and bike everywhere. only downside is shower pressure was not very strong and we had issues with the temp (building ran out of hot water) but still a great value for price you’re paying.

Such a lovely accommodation. It’s is just as pictured and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and pretty. There are restaurants nearby as well as convenient stores. The security guards were thorough and polite. The pool area is nice. The dog park can be loud (only in the room on the street side) so bring ear plugs. We would love to stay again. Thank you!
