It features a long back porch w/swing. There is also a very large backyard, and a fenced area with a Miniature Longhorn and a Miniature Brahma. There are (3) video cameras that are located on the Back Porch, Kitchen & Hallway. The cameras in the Kitchen & Hallway are facing the doors and are insurance requirements.

The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress.
