Holiday rentals with a patio in San Luis Obispo

Could not have more amazing or welcoming hosts. Sandy and David continue to do more than expected to accommodate me. Clean, beautiful home, friendly pets, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. Private and peaceful neighborhood that is close to restaurants & shopping. Having covered / garage parking as well as easy access to the washer & dryer is truly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here and would give them more stars if I could 😁

Lisa’s place was really lovely. Everything was exactly as advertised but even better. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful view, the coziness of the fireplace, and the easy to use kitchen. The location is very convenient in a quiet and cute neighborhood and the house overlooks a large natural area of trees—we liked watching the birds flying by in the treetops. Can’t say enough good things about this spot, we would love to return soon!

Beautiful cottage. Neat and clean. Very comfy. Short drive (10 minutes or less) to food and beaches. Loved the place, highly recommended.

What a gem! We had an unexpected trip to San Luis Obispo and found this listing. We absolutely loved our stay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful! The accomodations were exactly what was pictured, quiet, clean and close to restaurants and town. The best part was being able to interact with the horses on the property! Waking up, grabbing a cup of coffee and strolling along the stables and being greeted by the 4-legged residents! Totally unique!

The place was clean and quiet in a great location (very walkable). The check-in process was smooth/simple and Christine was very responsive throughout the trip. Also, great value for the area.

Historic charmer walking distance to town. Tasteful, clutter free and peaceful. Nice patio area to relax and enjoy a meal or cup of coffee……also, appreciated the little extras waiting for us…..water, cookies and chips. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for two couples.

This was our 3rd stay in Nick and Lauren’s home in Atascadero. We love it here for all its comfort, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, and peace and quiet. If you are looking for a home away from home, you’ve found the perfect place to vacation and I highly recommend it. We are excited to return, again, in the fall. Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. Thank you for such wonderful accommodations. I will see if you have any others to check out also.

We loved the extra sound machines and the crib and pack n play! It is so nice to not have to haul our pack n plays around for the girls. The house was so adorable and we loved the drives in the morning, we saw so many deers.

We had a fabulous stay for my birthday! Pauline was responsive, house was beautiful inside & out, would definitely return!

Very well maintained home with lots of updates and amenities. Location was super convenient to wineries and local towns with lots of character. Kids loved the pool, and the shades were also much appreciated for relaxation poolside.

Reid and Jacy's listing was just perfect! We were looking for a home near the beach to host out of town family here for high school graduation. The house was absolutely perfect for all of our needs, and the kitchen was so well stocked with every item for cooking and for entertaining a larger group. We had a dinner of 10-12 people one evening (cleared with them first), and it was so comfortable and easy. Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot with us for this special occasion in our family.

Truly a great place to stay to enjoy the SLO county. Spent the weekend here for my brother’s graduation and was an easy 13 min commute from here to Cal State San Luis Obispo. Was able to grab some Beachin Biscuits and a cup of chow at Splash Cafe. Topped it off with a cinnamon roll and call it a successful weekend.

This place is fantastic!!! You are smack dab In The middle of town. Everything is literally steps away from what you could want!!! Great views for the amazing sun sets!!

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

It’s not often the actual experience exceeds expectations and beats what you see in the pictures but this property has a perfect location and offers all of the amenities one would need. We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 4 and absolutely everything we would possibly need was already included and easy to find; Board games, beach toys, beach chairs even a kite! The rooms were spacious, the master bedroom had an incredible view - better than the pictures would suggest. All of the bedrooms were super comfortable, but clearly the master bedroom Is the winner because of the size and view. We would be happy to stay here again and would rebook without hesitation when we go back next time.

This place was SPECTACULAR!!! We couldn't have asked for a better rental! Summer went above and beyond for us. Not once did it feel like we were at someone else's house. We absolutely love the place so much and we made unforgettable memories with our family. Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts, Summer and to her husband for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.

Enjoy our stay here for graduation and Father’s Day weekend. Place was easy to get to and close to the beach. For my family of 4 it was perfect. Getting in late the first night it was nice to have waffles mix and coffee to make in the morning before going to the store. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!
