Highly recommend this apartment. It’s in a fabulous location, right in the centre of the restaurants and shops in the port, but quiet as it sits one level above the marina. Jacques is a lovely host, very responsive, charming and helpful. The apartment itself is lovely, with two balconies, one gets sun in the morning and the other in the evening. Having 2 full bathrooms and a third toilet was great with 3 guests. Showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. And having an assigned parking space in a private car park was really great. We visited in March so the outdoor pool was closed; as the weather was lovely we didn’t try the indoor pool so can’t comment on either, but that did not affect our stay at all. Very happy!

Pierluca was a responsive and welcoming host. The apartment was fantastic and easy to find with lots to do in the surrounding area. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

El apartamento está genial, limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es perfecta. Un lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso. Cerca de supermercados y restaurantes y a pocos km de Marbella en coche o transporte publico. Ya he repetido en este mismo apartamento y es muy probable que lo vuelva a hacer.

Wow, what a lovely place. Juan was absolutely fantastic, so responsive, so welcoming. He was a really super host that I would thoroughly recommend. This was an ideal location for a stay in Marbella. It is a couple of minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance of the old town. We were provided with very clear instructions about finding the accommodation and how to access It and Lucia was friendly and responsive throughout . The accommodation itself was very clean and well appointed, and had lots of wardrobe space. We would certainly recommend to friends and would definitely stay again.

the apartment was lovely, we've spent a lot of time in sotogrande so know the area and this apartment is well located, clean and accessible, it's a bit of a walk to the marina and shops etc, maybe ten mins or so but we like the walk and the peaceful area near the beach. the kitchen was spotless and they were really amenable in providing a high chair. the only issue we had was you collect the keys from the agent and we assumed the agent was below the building, they aren't, so in finding the apartment we then had to travel to find the agent and keys which was a pain, the instructions could be a little clearer but overall great apartment, excellent views, nice bedrooma and lovely time

Wir waren in der Unterkunft La Radda schon zwei mal. Wunderschöne und gepflegte Anlage, Fahrstuhl bis in die Tiefgarage. Sehr bequem für größere Einkäufe. Der Pool war sehr sauber, es gab ausreichend Liegestühle und das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist bequem mit 4 Erwachsenen zu bewohnen. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe um selbst zu kochen. Es fehlt ein bisschen ein Handtuch- Wechsel, aber esgibt ja eine Waschmaschine.

We had a very happy four day stay in September, with five of our family from Australia, Spain and UK. The property is in a quiet area with a lovely garden and large swimming pool. It is only a five minute walk from the local Aldi supermarket and the bus stop to Estepona. Various restaurants are within easy walking distance. Although we did not have a car, there was space to park outside the house. The house was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our only challenge was the narrow metal spiral staircase leading up to the second floor bedroom and bathroom, which required a certain agility! We would definitely stay there again.

Sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage am Strand. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Moderne Einrichtung. Es war eine schöne Zeit bei Paloma.

Ho passato quasi 3 mesi nella casa di Mari Carmen e ho adorato ogni singolo giorno passato lì. Ho amato tutto della casa e del mio soggiorno. La casa era talmente accogliente che mi sentivo come fossi a casa mia. Grazie per il bel soggiorno.

I stayed at Charlottes place 19 days in April 2025. This accommodation boasts one of the most ideal locations in all of the Casco Viejo! Very close to everything you want and yet quiet and peaceful. A rare combination! The bed is very comfortable and the WIFI is strong and steady. Excellent bathroom. Well fitted kitchen. I hope it's available when I return in the future.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

I stayed at this wonderful apartment for two whole weeks! The first week was with two of my mates whilst the second week was meant to be with my two children. Unfortunately, they couldn't make it so I had the luxury of the place all to myself! The apartment lived up to every expectation - and more! Situated in the heart of one of the nicest urbanisations in the region of Elviria. Overlooking the main pool. Very effective air conditioning! Quick walking distance to food shopping, glorious beaches, night-life, etc. Great beach restaurants! The host Andrea was amazing! She's definitely the kind of person you want to meet upon your arrival. Andrea is so obliging and kind! Meanwhile... Literally only a stone's throw from the Don Carlos Tennis Club. Yes we booked a court at 9am and slogged it out! It was fun!!! Nikki Beach is just next door so we called in for drinks. A great time was had by all and made loads of friends. We hired a car but hardly used it as everything was in easy walking. Still... it's nice to have the option when venturing out to the likes of Marbella Old Town, Gibraltar, etc. We had the most amazing time! Thank you Oliver and especially Andrea! Final note: I stupidly left some clothes in the washing machine and Andrea went out of her way to send them to me in the UK. How many hosts would ever do that, eh? :-) Congratulations to Oliver and (especially) Andrea for making my stay in Marbella perfect! I will will definitely return! Kind regards Richard

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location in Estepona, with incredible views of the city, mountains and sea. Extremely modern and comfortable inside. Maria and Ana were responsive and communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic accommodation with friendly and helpful reception staff. I highly recommend this location which is set in very scenic gardens. A few glasses of wine were enjoyed on the balcony most nights. We were all very impressed!!

Outside the high season please check if things are open, I bought this vacation as a gift for a friend but ultimately we where destined to stay in the appartement. The apartment was great! P.s. take a usb-a with music so you can put it on the sound system.

Great location, within easy walk of all places of interest, restaurants, beach, old town and marina. Beautiful modern apartment, tastefully decorated. Fabulous rooftop pool with jacuzzi.

Great apartment in a lovely development. Everything was just as we would have wanted with the accommodation. Would love to have had a nicer view from the terrace!! Perfect location to get to Peurto Banus, and the beach.
