La Palmita Nature Reserve

La Palmita is a reservation of civil society RNSC 059ǐ, and RNT 176838, which is located in the Municipality of Trinidad, apartment of Casanare at kilometer 10 via los chochos, Vereda la Cañada. The reservation has 650 hectares, 400 hectares in floodable savannah and 250 hectares in forest and over 250 species of birds registered. La Palmita is an example of sustainability that allows evidence of conservation processes - production, scientific and cultural research.
