What a great stay! Nelson made sure we had everything we needed, every question was answered and resolved. We loved all the great amenities of the house and felt right at home. This Airbnb is what Airbnb was supposed to be 10 years ago. It’s not just another property from a manager that you never see. Jean was very warm welcoming and welcomed us herself on our arrival. She was very proactive by giving us some tips from what to do, where to go or eat. She answered really quickly and helped us organized some massage sessions. The property is as described. The heated pool, the private beach and dock. Be aware that there are a lot of steps in the property and that arriving there from San Marcos may be a little difficult because of the road. But in my opinion those aren’t a problem after you see how beautiful it is there. I hope I can return one day

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

Great place to stay lots to do and close to the pier. 10 min walk and lots of restaurants/places to buy snacks.

Very good place from which to discover Santiago and all the surrounding areas. Also, great if you need a small break and want to disconnect. Thank you!

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

Beautiful view of the lake and volcanos! A bit of a hike but so worth it. The pool and hammocks were great my kids enjoyed themselves everyday of our stay here. Diego and Claudia were more than helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Casa Blanca was absolutely stunning! The views were great, the house was pristine, and the staff were incredible. There was always someone there to help and they were always ready to respond to our messages and help. We can’t speak more highly of our time there. They gave us great recommendations, and helped us arrange rides to and from our dock.

We loved staying at Nicolas’ home! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The views are amazing and loved waking up to a beautiful view in the morning. Although our trip was short, we enlisted every minute of it! The location is a bit far from the lively cities but the boat rides are pretty consistent so getting around was not difficult at all. Not to mention Nicola’s had recommended to us the best way of transportation around cities so that was help for sure.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and private place in Santa Cruz. The view is stunning, the house is breezy and full of natural light, and the garden is an oasis. We worked remotely from the loft above with a view of the lake, and the windows letting in the breeze… the Starlink internet was seamless. Town/dock was 5-10 min walk from the house, and town/ATM was a short tuk tuk ride up the hill. Miguel was extremely helpful, always readily available, communicative and with a great attitude. He met us at the dock in Panajachel with a pre booked private transport and helped bring our bags up to the house. We also booked the private chef experience with Manuela and she was amazing… so sweet, punctual, and made us healthy, tasty lunches to enjoy while we worked. She even made us a refreshing drink with a cucumber from her garden, and set the table for us outside to we could eat while enjoying the nice weather. We learned a lot from chatting with her! Lovely people & stay!

The host was very attentive to everything and they were very, very, very kind. The arrival is as advertised, you have to walk and climb stairs but it is worth it when you arrive. The view and the 3 floors are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were there right at the weekend of the celebration of Mother's Day and in the village they began the celebration in the early morning so we could not sleep comfortably, but we understand that it is out of the host's hands. Everything else is excellent! Especially the view.

This place is pure calm and magic. The permaculture project is also inspiring. Thank you to share this wonderful heaven :)

We really enjoyed our stay! Daniel, our concierge, was always a text away and very responsive. Maria the housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, even in exchanging Queztales for us! The house had everything we needed. Just as pictured. Updated decor and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small. The house had no walking access to the lake. The lake views were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi watching the sunset! The way up was very narrow and steep but well worth the spectacular views! Daniel’s instructions on how to get there were very detailed, but I suggest arriving early since the drive up can be tricky, so buy everything you need for your stay before arriving. Daniel helped us rent a boat for the whole day that took us around the lake and to San Juan, a picturesque village on the other side of the lake. Restaurant/bar nearby highly recommend Kinnik in Santa Catarina for drinks and appetizers and the empanadas from Terrazas Rst. Overall, a great stay with family!

This place is a DREAM. The views are amazing. The outdoor shower/tub is so nice and very private. The access to the lake was great. Erika was super friendly and attentive. They let us check in a little early upon request since I was very sick and needed rest. I would caution there's a lot of stairs to get to the cabin and around the property. It was a little difficult finding where the entrance to the property was but once we reached out to Erika, she sent someone to look for us and help with our bags. The temescal is awesome and a must. Would definitely return!

Casa Antonio is beautiful 🤩 The views are stunning, and it’s just like the pictures, and even bigger. Beautiful touches of fresh flowers, and one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in an air bnb. There are lots of little tienditas within walking distance and it is only a 10 minute walk into town (taking the stairs). It’s about 15 minutes to get back, but it is a work out! Which I enjoyed! Although, the tuk tuks are easy to find to take you up. I spent all my time in the outdoor area, enjoying the views, nature, and watching the rain come in. I work remotely and had no issues with the internet asides from one power outage that was valley wide and out of anyone’s hands. Loved the place so much I extended my stay. Check in instructions were very clear and communication was great. As other people mentioned, you do hear the neighbors, but it did not bother me! Listening to the rain sounds whilst sleeping drowns it out. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Best place to stay in Pana! Andrea is an amazing host and her place is absolutely stunning. I slept so well and love all the decorations in her place. So close to the ferry and center of the town. People complaining about the noise in reviews must not realize they are staying in a city. I had no issues with noise at all and she was so accommodating ! If you’re looking for a beautiful place close to everything this is it!!

This place was just as described! This place was so peaceful and calm, it was perfect to get away from the busy towns nearby. The only slight inconvenience was having to find a tuktuk to get to the nearby towns as they were not walking distance. We had to start walking until a tuktuk became available. Overall I would totally recommend this place!

I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

Our three night stay at the Glass House was fabulous...beyond words really. It is now our favorite Airbnb in the world! I intentionally chose our stay during April's full moon which created an even more magical experience at the Glass House. We actually had no idea that the view would be so amazing - gazing over Lake Atitlan with views of 3 volcanoes perfectly in the middle of our gaze. The space was absolutely perfect. Accommodations stylish and modern, with amazing interiors and furniture designed by the owners. Loved the fact that the location is so unique and private. One must travel by boat to the property's private dock to access the house. Venturing out to other lakeside pueblos is a quick and inexpensive boat ride away - where a boat taxi can pick you at the dock...you just have to wave a flag for them to come get you. We enjoyed preparing meals in the amazing kitchen overlooking the Lago. So impressive! I could go on and on. If you are lucky to stay here- do not hesitate!

We enjoyed our stay very much and will consider coming back when we return in December. We were greeted by Miguel who assisted us in getting our luggage to the cabin and helped us with checking in. The cabin is simple but was very clean and comfortable. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries and kitchen essentials like oil and spices if you want to cook. We really enjoyed the great view of the lake and easy access across the street to swim. The surrounding gardens are well-maintained and the birds are lovely. It's only a short walk or tuk tuk ride to San Marcos.

This view was to die for! Watching the sunrise above the volcanoes every morning with a cup of coffee was so peaceful. The hike up from the main road is no joke. My boyfriend and I are from Florida and use to flat and no elevation so it was quite difficult but as long as you take breaks it makes it worth it! We took about 5 breaks the first time as we were carrying huge luggage (travel light if you can) but after that we would take 3 breaks up and no breaks down. But it was just the adventure we wanted!

Casita Pescada has a great ambiance with an incredible view!!! We ended our days in the morning and evening on the terrace and were always delighted with the view! Tom was a very attentive host, always available with advice and had great tips.

What a great place... the views, the lake, and the greenery all around. This Airbnb is slightly off the main road but very walkable with a cool little shortcut down by the lake that gets you access to the heart of San Marcos in no time. Augustus and his partner were the best hosts I've ever encountered on Airbnb. They left a present of homemade kombucha (using harvested fruits form the garden) in the fridge, offered to light up the sauna, and allowed us to use their paddleboards during our stay. He gave us personal recommendations for food, drinks, and numbers to cab which made our stay 1000 times easier. This stay may not be for the less active/ luxury seeking travelers, but it's the perfect spot for anyone who wants to relax, take in some nature, and get in touch with some locals and the outdoors. Thank you Augustus for all of your generosity and the perfect chance to unwind and enjoy what Guatemala has to offer. 🙏🏻
