great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Tatiana's apartment is very complete, comfortable and its decoration is beautiful. The complex in which it is located is quiet and safe. It has parking. Very close to the airport and Asunción. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

The best accommodation I've ever found on Airbnb. As a Brazilian, the first time I was abroad, I thought I would have difficulty with the place and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Despite not speaking Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Her apartment is impeccable, very well decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Great beds, super hot showers, everything is new and very neat! 10/10! Anyway, impeccable accommodation! The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

Fer is a super nice person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's plenty to do. We regret not making more of our stay.

Excellent space. The apartment was as seen in the photos. Very clean and tidy. The building is modern and the reception people were always friendly. Finally, the area where the accommodation is located is very nice and quiet, 10 minutes from two shopping centers. Everything was great!
