Welcome to our house in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Recently renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for teleworking, spending a holiday or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.

Your Rural House

Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! A wonderful diaphanous apartment that has no lack of detail. It is located in a beautiful village 35km from Madrid. Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden at the back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. It is equipped with full kitchen and a wood-fired oven. You can see the available packs in photos.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Cozy little house at the foot of the mountains. Relax alone, as a couple, or in a group or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and many possibilities right nearby for walking, cycling, or birdwatching in a wonderful environment. It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!

Beautiful stone house from the 50s, unique, quiet, comfortable, and a 2-minute walk from Mt. Two bedrooms with a 135 bed, one studio with a single sofa bed and another large sofa bed in the living room. Unique kitchen living room with a stove fireplace (with a stone oven). Kitchen equipped with all appliances. Charming garden with fruit, rose and hydrangeas, an ideal place to rest and enjoy the mountain view.

Apartment annex to main house with independent entrance. (AUTONOMOUS Entrance) READ THE ENTIRE AD BEFORE BOOKING😉 The apartment consists of a kitchen and full bathroom for the EXCLUSIVE USE of the guest. (see pictures) The apartment has about 20m 2 , arranged to offer the greatest comfort with all the amenities possible. Pets are charged €12 per stay. There is a table and chairs outside with an awning.

Villa Sierra Madrid (7 bedroom villa with pool)

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
